I think this place might have new ownership. Everything was rushed. She was done with my pedicure in 15-20 minutes. Did not do my cuticles at all. I think the scrub, stone and lotion were all done in a couple minutes. Not even busy, only one other person in the salon. So sad people are finding excuses not to give good service. I won’t be back.

I’m a nurse and my cuticles gets really dry and thick from all the hand washing. Once in a while, I get a manicure. I went to La Belle today, hoping that my cuticles will get “pampered”. The technician worked on my hand for 20 mins (gel manicure). When it was done, I noticed that my cuticle’s weren’t really cleaned/removed. So I told her, she looked at it and didn’t say anything. The owner or manager, the same thing, didn’t say a word. So I told them I wanted it removed, since that was the reason why I came in the first place. The manager couldn’t even accommodate me back at the time that works for me; she said they’re “fully booked” already. I explained that, I wouldn’t have to return if it was done properly in the first place. I told her it’s more of an inconvenience for me to go back for something that should’ve been taken cared of the first time. She then agreed with the time that I requested. It was very poor customer service, not even an apology that I was not happy or satisfied their work. If they were in a rush, then they shouldn’t be accepting walk-ins. If they were my patient, and pooped their pants and need help cleaning it. I will wipe that butt until I do not see anymore skid-marks. I won’t leave it half-wiped/ half clean.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love La Belle nails! They’re my go-to place for pedicures. They’re quite inexpensive for what you get out of the pedicure, and they take their time. My toes always look great and I feel relaxed and pampered. All of the technicians here give great massages—but I especially love Stella, Amy, and Tae. I’ve never walked away disappointed with anyone though! I’d highly recommend this place, and I’ll keep making the 40 minute drive to get my toes done here.Service: PedicureI love La Belle nails! I love La Belle nails! They’re my go-to place for pedicures. They’re quite inexpensive for what you get out of the pedicure, and they take their time. My toes always look great and I feel relaxed and pampered. All of the technicians here give great massages—but I especially love Stella, Amy, and Tae. I am very impressed with the work done at La Belle Nail salon. This was the best pedicure i’ve gotten in some time. Kelly did an amazing job not only on the massage but on painting as well. All the employees seem to work very good together to create a great experience for their customers.

I can’t say how much I love the hot stone and the leg massage they include with their pedis. Their shop is very clean and I feel safe coming as they constantly wipe everything down. Just switched over from my usual nail place. Came here for a pedicure and full set of nails. Was shocked that the regular pedicures are major. Great massages. I also got a new full set because I wasn’t happy with what I had before. Not usually picky, but I literally cannot find one flaw now. Took a little bit longer, but as a mother of a toddler, I needed the time away! So no complaints here. Everything (I think) is done manually. There were no machine drills for acrylics, which I didn’t mind at all. They seem to take pride in the details and I’m so so so happy with how perfect my nails came out. Thanks Tae! You have a new loyal customer. Also, the staff was happy and giggly with each other. Clients were all laughing with their nail techs. Seems to be a really fun and nice place to be when I get my nails done. I was the last one in the shop and was shocked at the cleaning they got done. Everything is disinfected, swept and deep cleaned before they close up. More than I’ve seen at others. See you guys in two weeks! Thank you!
