Did gel french tip on my toes and basic eyebrow. This is a nailshop i use to go to when i was younger and in the area. Decided to pop in since I was in the area, work was always great. Lydia(wasnt there when i was younger) goes to start my toes, shes filing my skin instead of the nail FIRST OFF then has to put basically a “setter” in order for the french tip to come out right (polish and alignment)and still wasnt pretty. Something youd expect she would know. . One of my toe nails was slanted(she supposedly clipped and filed” ) eyebrow wax. Highly disappointed with my “gel french tip polish” . I go to pay and shes pretending she doesn’t know her prices. She charges me $3 MORE on my debit card . She has BEEN employed there so how all of a sudden, you see a “new” young face , you think its this price and that price . I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK !

I have been going to this nail shop for many years, but these last couple of times I went I noticed that they stopped greeting me. This last time I went, I wasn’t greeted and a lady came after me, they greeted her and asked her how may they help her, then when it was time to get the next person in line, they took her before me, like if I didn’t even exist. I explained to them that I was there before the lady they were going take care of and one of the workers, “Tammie” agreed, but the other worker still insisted on taking the other lady before me and stated to me that I walked out of the nail shop (which didn’t happen). I was so angry, so I left. I am very disappointed and will never step foot in that nail shop ever again bc this wasn’t the first time this happened to me and my daughter’s. And I feel they should have a better process of making sure each customer is treated fairly!!

The lady had no idea how to clip nails. My toe nail beds along the edges hurt now, she made it feel like the nail is digging into the sides around the edges. I asked multiple times for her not to cut them that way. Finally, I just made her stop cutting. So, I left there with my feet hurting instead of being relaxed.

My regular salon in Lafayette has been booked up during times convenient to me. Having recently moved to this area, thought it a good time to try a new place. First visit today. Call to see what wait time was. I was told “come now, no wait.” I was in the parking lot and went right in. Every tech was busy and one person was waiting! The icing on the cake, my presence was never even acknowledged. You guys missed out on a great customer! On the flip side, it looked very clean.

I usually come here to get my nails done and most of the time they come out to my liking but I’ve had some bad experiences where one of the ladies put too much glue on my nails and they popped off a few days later and I had gotten a refill one time and they all came off 2 days after. I’ve also had a terrible job done on a set of acrylics when I asked for square rounded off and they looked terrible none of them matched shapes and they look deformed. Today I went in to get my nails done and I picked a color and sat down. I waited 20 minutes and no one came to do my nails. They even started on a girls nails who walked in 10 minutes after me. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I realize wanting to get someone to do your nails within a reasonable time is a lot to ask for at this place.

Worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon. I don’t normally go to this one, but decided to give it a try. When I walked in, nobody greeted us so we just sat down. After a few minutes, some other people walk in and they were greeted and were sat down. We got up and told her what we needed. We sat down and she started on me but moved to my friend. She kept going back and forth. We got acrylics and she didn’t size our fingers. I thought maybe we was just that good. She takes out the nail clippers and filer and I can see that it wasn’t sanitized and they were used. She rushed in doing our nails. I even noticed one was crooked. Before she painted them, she asked if I could pay. I said no, because I was also getting a pedicure. When I went for my pedicure, I sat down for about 20 minutes, and my feet were in cold water. They did other people first that sat after me. We paid and then left. I thought that was the end. Not even a week after, my friend’s nails all popped off. Mine started coming up and eventually they all cracked. I’ve had acrylics before, and I know they’re supposed to last more than ONE WEEK! I advise you not to go here if you want your nails done correctly.
