Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhen we first walked in the male staff was very polite and friendly but the female staff was the opposite. They were rude, impatient, indirect, and impolite. I wanted a simple almond shape acrylic with a French tip and a small heart on one of the nails. I didn’t think this was a hard request after looking at their gallery on the website. The woman was very confused at my request and asked to see a picture, I showed her a picture and she still seemed a little confused, in the end it wasn’t exactly what I wanted but I didn’t want to try and explain again. Once my acrylics were finished I noticed the acrylic itself was pretty uneven and bumpy. If the nail tech would have just told me that she couldn’t do what I wanted she should have just told me. During the actual manicure she would get mad when my fingers got in the way of her filing but she was the one holding my hand that way. They also never clipped my nails before the nail tips were put on. When we first walked in the male staff was very polite and friendly but the female staff was the opposite. They were rude, impatient, indirect, and impolite. I wanted a simple almond shape acrylic with a French tip and a small heart on one of the nails. I didn’t think this was a hard request after looking at their gallery on the website. She would pull my hands, or hit my fingers if she didn’t like the way I had them positioned instead of asking me to move. There also was a time that she slightly cut the side of my finger with her tools, which really worries me for infection. My nails ended coming out uneven, and very thin. I went to get my acrylic done and the woman I had was not respectful. She would pull my hands, or hit my fingers if she didn’t like the way I had them positioned instead of asking me to move. There also was a time that she slightly cut the side of my finger with her tools, which really worries me for infection. My nails ended coming out uneven, and very thin. My acrylics also go up at a slope angle. The price of their acrylics was good, but not for what they gave me. I will never be going back there.

When I got there I sat down and had my feet in the water for maybe 1 min before she pulled them out. She started trimming my nails and then asked if she could cut them shorter. “I guess..” then she asked which pedicure I wanted and I told her I hadn’t decided and before I could read all of them she was snatching the book out of my hand. same thing with the colors. my big toe is cut crooked and the paint is on my cuticles and skin. i am expecting a baby in a few weeks and was hoping to relax and have some relaxing time before i deliver. i am so extremely disappointed and feel like i wasted my time and money at this place.Services: Foot massages, Pedicureprobably the worst pedicure i have ever received. the entire process was rushed and she finished painting and everything in about 20 minutes.
