My Mom is going to get her pedicure here for the first time in a couple of COVID years and I’ll be updating this place directly afterwards. We stopped in to get her appointment and the place looked clean and the lady at the counter was nice and efficient in placing it. UPDATE: Mom was well taken care of and she is happy. My wife got a manicure and she is happy. The ladies working in the back were excellent. The front desk was a disappointment when it came time to pay as they did not accept Discover or checks and that’s all Mom and my wife carry. There was no signs stating this and I had to go pay with cash, Visa or Master Card as that is all they accept. Owners really should post this for their customers or let them know when an appointment is made!

First off the woman that did mine was INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! And UNPLEASANT!! so I was very uncomfortable the entire time, it’s the worst nails & toe nails I’ve ever had, they’re supposed to be gel & 2 glitter dipped they look like I just painted them myself at home!! I could have saved $90 & nearly 2 hours of my time!!

I went and took my daughter there and we got a pedicure. Well we started at the same time as another person getting the same style of pedicure. That persons pedicure lasted 10 min longer at least then mine. My daughter was waiting on me to be finished for at least 10 minutes. So they only was working on her for 15min. If that. They had mentioned on the phone it comes with a 30 minute message and all they did was rub lotion on me then put a towel on my legs . There was no message on both my daughter and I. They also said that they give you your tools when they work on you because they dont want to cross contaminate but that didn’t happen as well I am very disappointed. There are other places that are less money then this place and I dont think I will be going back. ….. (TO THE RESPONSE THEY WANT TO FOLLOW UP WITH) So dont answer if you dont know!! Management I knew the lady next to me so I know what I am talking about and she had a basic. Just like me. Also your girls did not ask us that. They didnt ask us anything on if we wanted to keep something they were throwing away! Please get your facts straight before writing back or at least attempt to get all facts before you try to stick up for something you dont know. The price was basic 30 min massage the deluxe was 1 hour. And then the CBD massage. We called before 2 times before we went. Also your girl that charged me for a flower design should have never changed me because all she did was a dotted flower I could have did that myself also they were messed up I can send you a picture. Also again you have my number you could have called to get your fax straight but you dodnt but don’t worry I will be calling you…. So I called and the person who responded in the review wasn’t even the manager. He kept confusing me for someone else. I told him I had called and talked to a woman and he didnt believe me. He wouldn’t even here my side he kept cursing on on the phone and was very rude. We just went back and forth with no results he wouldn’t let me speak to the manager and hung up on me three times. If that’s the kind of service you want when then go to this place like I said there are a few places that are 5 dollars cheaper offer the same service but actually massage you and not just put lotion on your legs .
