Critical: ProfessionalismI went to have my hair cut there, and was asked how do you want it cut. I have a specific style that works for me, so I proceeded to explain it to her(the owner). She would repeatedly say she understands but after observing what she was doing, she didn’t listen to me, she just did what she wanted. I’m sorry, but the request was very simple and clear if only she would have really wanted to listen. I went to have my hair cut there, and was asked how do you want it cut. I have a specific style that works for me, so I proceeded to explain it to her(the owner). She would repeatedly say she understands but after observing what she was doing, she didn’t listen to me, she just did what she wanted. I’m sorry, but the request was very simple and clear if only she would have really wanted to listen. I’m not saying she doesn’t have clients that like her work, but if you are really interested in doing what the client wants, she isn’t the one to go to.

When this covid started I was due to have my hair done but of coarse all salons had closed so I went to rite aid and decided to color my hair well we all know how that turned out. My hair looked horrible it was a yellow orange color and it was so damaged. I asked my friend for Nicki # about 3 weeks ago and went in and had my hair done. I can not believe what an amazing job Nicki did on my hair I can not remember the last time I absolutely loved my hair color. I have been a manicurist for 40 years I have worked in many salons and I have to say Nicki is the BEST she is so sweet and takes a lot of time with her clients making sure they are totally happy. The shop is clean and has a very nice feeling the minute u walk in the door. If you are looking for a hairstylist that will do an excellent job on your hair please call Nicki you will be so happy you did she is anazing. I will never allow anyone else to ever touch my hair. I was referred to Nicki by my best friend. She has always spoken very highly about Nicki and her hair always looks beautiful. When this covid started I was due to have my hair done but of coarse all salons had closed so I went to rite aid and decided to color my hair well we all know how that turned out.
