I love Chelsy. She listens to your needs and will advise you well! I always walk out feeling fresh and beautiful. She colors my hair and trims it. I always do a dark brown dropped root and bailage style highlights. Highly recommend even if you are going from blond to dark or back to blonde, but she will do it in stages so your hair won’t fall out, lol. Love you Chelsy!!
