I love getting my hydralift facials with Maegan at La Bella. She is professional and takes her time. I also love using their red light sauna. This place has a clean, accommodating atmosphere and such a fun and friendly staff.

This place is racist and will not serve massages for black people. I scheduled 2 appointments and was told both times that no one was available to do my massage. For the first appointment. I was advised after showing up that the massage therapist was sick and given a gift card for later use. The second time I was told that no one was available to do a massage and they would reschedule. Months later, no one has reached out to reschedule. I really do not believe that there would have been an issue rescheduling if my skin tone was lighter. I know that this place has good reviews. However, it doesn’t mean that there are things that are not being hidden.

My husband gave me a gift card for this beautiful place in Vestivia Hills, and usually I am a loyal Sante fe day spa customer which is usually what I thought just heaven. Then I walked in to La Bella Skin and Wellness and omg! The most professional, clean and not to mention the staff were so polite and accommodating. I will only go to La Bella skin and Wellness until The end. Thank you so much to the owner and staff who went out of their way to make sure I had an amazing experience! If I could I would give this place 20 stars!
