Twice I have made appointments online and twice these appointments have magically disappeared resulting in a wasted trip. First time, the salon said they called to cancel my appointment, then they said the appointment wasn’t there to begin with, then blamed it on a “system error” because all of the massage therapist had quit. Not sure why all the different stories, just say sorry and make it right! They made me another appointment for the following week for a 90 minutes deep tissue massage, arrived and the therapist told me that she didn’t “have time” for a 90 minute so I ended up getting a 60 minute massage, despite the appointment on the books being scheduled as a 90 minute massage. It actually was a really nice massage, so wanted to try to get another one. Just arrived back from another appointment that my husband made three weeks prior; I tried to call to confirm, no one answered the phone, arrived to find out the appointment wasn’t scheduled. Realized the appointment I made was with a therapist that is no longer listed on the website. Obviously, I won’t go back as they will not take responsibility for their errors and the online system is horrible. Definitely do not recommend as they cannot seem to get their own scheduling issues resolved. La Bella likes to respond that negative reviews are phony reviews…this one is not.

Katie M. is amazing. I was referred to her by a friend about 2 years ago. I was looking to get waxing done, & I was very nervous because I remember my first time getting waxed to be super painful, & I had developed blisters right after. However, Katie told me about sugaring – it’s better for the skin & less painful than regular waxing. I have not gone back to regular waxing & have stuff with sugaring. I also struggle with acne, & Katie helped me change my skin care routine with better products that were inexpensive. She is a very genuine individual & takes her time with everything to make sure that I am happy with the sugaring results. I’ve seen MAJOR results with my face as well after her helping me find the perfect products for my skin type. She was originally working in Virginia Beach but had moved to this location because it was closer to home for her. I followed her from VB to this location, & although the drive is over the bridge & a bit longer, she makes it worth it because the results are always amazing! For anyone looking to remove hair without the extreme pain that comes with waxing, sugaring is the way to go!

I had my 90 min massage with April on Nov 7, 2018. I was overdue with a massage and everything just played right. She talked to me about what she was going to do and did her magic. I had a very tight part of my neck and after my massage, the tightness was gone. She gave me recommendations on how to alleviate my high tension areas with regular massage sessions. So I am really happy to get back into my massage routine with April. I am so glad she is with this spa because she really is amazing. The staff here is and treat you like close family! Karina, Alicia, and April are my go to for services!

I had a haircut with Faith today and she did AMAZING! Honestly I think it’s the best cut I’ve had in a while! She looked at the picture of what I wanted once and immediately replicated it perfectly! I’m so happy with my haircut and I’ll definitely be back in the future to see her again! I also come here for mani and pedis with Gina, I’ve also gotten a back facial from her which was amazing! I didn’t even know that was possible till I came here! Definitely recommend this place, it’s so cute and the products they sell are amazing!

I had Kelly cut my hair and help me with color options. I am 52 years old and this is the very first time a hairstylists listened to me and did not chop my hair shoulder length! She fixed my color effortlessly and I am so happy to be able to keep the length that took me forever to grow! She knew exactly how to cut my curly hair and styled it straight afterwards. The next day I went curly and it looks fabulous!

La Bella Salon & Day Spa is very cozy and beautifully decorated, creating a luxurious but comfortable atmosphere. Miss Judy, the receptionist, is genuinely welcoming and kind. Kelly Canda (hair stylist) is very warm and personable, and I immediately trusted her to take care of my hair. I arrived about 10-15 minutes early, and Kelly saw me right away. Kelly and Miss Judy—the only staff working on the main floor this evening—get along quite well, which creates a friendly environment. I’ll definitely be returning for my future hair and spa appointments.

They offer so many different Salon and Spa Services that will have you feeling beautiful, handsome, rejuvenated, energized and relaxed by the time you are leaving. I enjoy getting my Massage, Facial, Manicure and lastly my Pedicure on my once a month appointments. Then when I’m ready to do something different with my hair, La Bella’s Stylists are all amazing and know exactly what I want. The Stylists also always educate me on how to keep my style and how to keep my hair healthy and beautiful. I would recommend this business to anyone new to the area or someone that might be looking for a change! The Salon is absolutely beautiful too!!!

My experience was wonderful. After the person that has cut my hair for 10 years moved I haven’t had a haircut in 2 years. I have always had very difficult hair and was afraid to go anywhere. This place is amazing! Wonderful customer service, cozy atmosphere, and just an easy time that I usually dread. I will definitely go back!
