Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got acrylics done 2 weeks ago by this salon and they were horrible! The second we walked in they were being very nice but the lady rushed my nails so much and didn’t communicate with me properly so I had no idea what she was going to do. The quality of the nails are horrible, and 2 of my nails broke off within one week. Very thin material for $50! I got acrylics done 2 weeks ago by this salon and they were horrible! The second we walked in they were being very nice but the lady rushed my nails so much and didn’t communicate with me properly so I had no idea what she was going to do. The quality of the nails are horrible, and 2 of my nails broke off within one week. Very thin material for $50! Don’t waste your money here.

Critical: QualityThis place is very close to home, so I thought I’d check it out. I had my gel nails done elsewhere, and brought them here for a refill with wonderful results. If that was the end of the story, I’d have gladly left a five-star review.On Nov 20th, 2021, I went in to get them removed. The process went as follows:• Grab an un-modified fake nail• Pry off each gel nailThis not only drew blood from my left hand’s middle finger at the time, but also severely damaged my already-somewhat-fragile real nails to such an extent that they are still recovering poorly (yes, two months later). My real nails are growing back in ways that are easy to split (and in many cases have done so), I’ve had to apply clear coat nail polish to protect them as they grow back in.I’m new to having my nails “done” so I was not aware that other salons take more serious precautions and care, including a soaking of one’s fingers to make the removal easier. Had I known that, I’d have protested FAR stronger at the time.If you’re going to get a set of acrylics/gel nails or a refill, sure, La Bella will do the trick. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI live right around the corner from this place, and everytime I try to do a walk in I get some reason that they cannot take me. Today I called and made an appointment for 10:30, I got there early about 10 minutes and again I was told I had to come back in an hour to get my nails done. I understand being busy and only having two people there at the time but then another customer walked in and they took her. It is disappointing that I am always turned away, I guess you really do not need customers. I live right around the corner from this place, and everytime I try to do a walk in I get some reason that they cannot take me. Today I called and made an appointment for 10:30, I got there early about 10 minutes and again I was told I had to come back in an hour to get my nails done.
