Everyone here is very professional and kind. Hannah was very attentive to what I was looking for in a new full set and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. My nails came out better than the picture I gave her for inspiration! The salon itself is very clean and I can tell that the employees value team work and each other and so everything is very organized there. The prices here are fair and competitive for the area. I look forward to my next appointment!

This is the worst experience that I had, they are not professional at all…she took 1 hour to do the dip( she spend more time on the register then work on my nails) I spend 116 dollars on mani and pedi , and my nails look horrible. The feet look like they never washed… I have the dip all over on my skin… I had a nice nail before I walk inside in this place …. they ruin my nails…

I have been going to this place since August. Linda is the nail tech that helps me. Each time she does my nails they last a really long time. They never come off. Before I started coming here regularly my nails would pop off or break two to three weeks in. Now I can wait for a fill 4-5 weeks or just until I get tired of the color. They also have a great demeanor with my daughters and granddaughters. Just love it here.

There seemed to be lots of great people here but the language barrier issue made my experience very frustrating. Tried 3 times to explain that I wanted my toes to be the same color as the manicure I had already had done. The woman kept thinking I wanted a manicure. I brought nice fall leaf decals and asked if she knew how to use them. She asked me to tell her how to (like we had been having so much success with anything else I’d tried to communicate). Frustrating. Needed to fix my toes as soon as I got home. Money not well spent.

Absolutely terrible. I scheduled an appointment for 1pm [a week in advance], but when I arrived [about ten minutes early] they told me they wouldn’t be able to get me in until “about 1:30 or so”. My weekends are on a very tight schedule and I have a photo shoot tomorrow morning that I needed this done for. Luckily a salon down the street was able to squeeze me in last minute. So I suppose this was a blessing in disguise judging by all of terrible reviews for La Bella. Not to mention, the woman at the front desk who told me they couldn’t get me in until “1:30 or so” was EXTREMELY rude and acted as though me being on time was some sort of inconvenience. I will never schedule an appointment here again and will be sure to spread the word about their terrible service

While I’ve loved the service here in the past, this last experience was enough for me to just go somewhere else next time. I politely asked the lady to fix one of my toes and she wouldn’t, when I tried asking again the male employee sitting next to her starting snickering. I asked one final time and he laughed again. I looked at him and he realized that I was paying attention, so he then looked down to focus on the nails he was working on. She never fixed my nail and I’m not happy with the way it looks. Last time I’ll be going here. That is not a way to treat someone, let alone your customer.
