Love the service. Took myself and Mom for a mani pedi and was pampered by the staff. It was both relaxing and fun. It’s clean and comfortable. Visited less nicer places in the area paying the same amount so I see great value in their service.

I always try to do something different, bringing various pinterest pics for examples & Hannah is always up for the challenge!!! This is my second bad review I have ever left in my 70 years that i recall. I was in Austin June 1, 2022 visiting this Nail/Salon with my friend. Once seated my friend and I was never asked if we wanted any water, Soda or wine but everyone that came in after us was asked. I upgraded my pedicure which should have lasted 40 minutes per their service menu. I also ask for a manicure which should have resulted in at least a 50 minute session for both. The girl working on me was done in about 40 to 45 minutes. My friend sitting right next to me purchased the same and once my lady was done the girl working on my friend had not even started my friends manicure. She was still working on her pedicure. My girl did not trim my toes as I had asked and did not come back to help put my shoes on like most places. She was very unprofessional and rude. Worst pedicure/ manicure ever.

I’ll never come back to this place, I went with my friend, they aren’t friendly with us, I was 3 hours in that place, from when we arrived until we left they were not nice to us, the man who started doing my nails he cut my fingers, I went 2 days ago and my nails are losing color, I paid $60 for something that I can do myself and it didn’t turn out to be what I wanted either , what my friend wanted them to do they could not do, my friend spent almost $100 for something that was 2% of what she wanted, they didn’t finish their work either. I don’t recommend this place at all, we wasted our money and time.

Pretty disappointed. Called in advance and ask for a really good nail tech since I was shopping around for a new place but that didn’t happen unfortunately. Between my finger cut where the file sawed into my skin and the lumps all over my nails, I think this is the worst experience ever. 1 star because I couldn’t post without it.
