Got the basic pedicure and it was well done. I would have preferred a more rigorous massage but think I’m probably in the minority. LOVED the massage chairs, that really added to the relaxation factor. The folks were nice and relatively attentive, and the salon was tidy. Would go back again, maybe try the deluxe pedicure next time and see how the wrap etc feels.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve been here several times and called each time and made an appointment, where they never ask for your name or number they just tell you when to come in. Every time I come in, after I have called, I always have to wait at least 15 min. In an even worse case one day after I had made an appointment I waited more than 30min to be seen. I think it is very unprofessional to over book and make people wait. This is not just a one time occurrence it is EVERY time. I’ve been here several times and called each time and made an appointment, where they never ask for your name or number they just tell you when to come in. Wish I would of had the same amazing experience as everyone else, but when I’ve gone most of the staff is rude. Once I made an appointment and had to change it an hour ahead and they said it was fine. As soon as I arrive she tells me to come back another day. This is the same lady who always looks me up and down, gives me attitude (she yelled at me once because I accidentally turned off the LED light), and got mad when I asked for my manicure to be done once again because she applied so much gel nail polish that it created blobs at the tips, bubbles, and cracks. I believe her name was Vivian but I’m not so sure. I use to love going here but the environment is not welcoming (in my experience). I do not recommend:/

Do not go here! Terrible job, I don’t know if they make accounts to give themselves 5 stars. I came here because it was close to where I was & for all the “good” reviews it had. I came in and got a full set. The price in their menu book says $43. The woman who did my nails must be new or something. This set was the WORST set I ever got. All the nails were in even and not even the shape I asked for. Then at the end she said it will be $45, I said why does it say $43 here? And she said cause I got long nails they are extra. Let me tell you…. my nails were not long lol AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS.

Staff was very friendly. I told them that I had forgotten my wallet beforehand and they insisted that I had my pedicure done first before going home to get my wallet, very trusting people. Yes, I did go back to pay and the price was reasonable. My pedicure was done professionally with seal-packed tools.

A friend referred me to Hanna at La Bella Nails. Hanna has done my nails at least 5 times now and all of her work has been beautiful. She uses colored powders or at least that is what she uses when she does my nails. Today she wrapped my ring fingers with black lace over red powder. Stunning! When I leave, I can’t wait to return to see what she comes up with next! Bravo Hanna !

Amazing nail art at a very reusable price. All of the staff is very kind and you get a brownie and a soda with each visit. The facility is kept very clean and the equipment is all new. I highly recommend giving this place a shot if you are looking for a new nail shop.
