I am a loyal customer and I come ever 3 weeks when I need a fill. I make sure I call ahead and schedule an appointment because I get my nails done on my lunch break for work. I came in at my time of the appointment and they did not have a nail tech for me and no one even greeted me when I walked in. I had to ask them if they were going to help me 5 min after entering. I love coming here but it seems like they don’t value their appointments and only service walkin customers

I didn’t want to give a bad review because the lady was very nice… But after having my nails fixed and being told there was no way they were previously done by a professional, I’m a little upset. I was told on the phone there was levels of pedicures which is what I was looking for. 4 to be exact. There was only a $10 callous removal upgrade. Im happy to pay $50 plus tip for a Delux pedicure. There was also no technique to the pedicure. It was sloppy and chipped before I even left. I could paint my nails better. I do not recommend this place till they higher trained professionals.

They rush way to fast, even when there was no one else waiting! Had a pedicure which turned out nice. I also had them remove my gel nail polish and they got the electric sander of which isn’t how it should be removed! They took the gel all right but also took the top layer of my nail making them very thin and sore! Don’t think this is the place for me!

They are no good.. The messed up my design because they were in a hurry to close. Instead of taking off a piece of acrylic for the corner of my thumb he just tucked it in. A waste of $28. And they’re poorly ventilated so unsafe for pregnant women to be there. I rather spend my money at jems beauty bar in the shoppes

I would come back here. The prices are reasonable and the lady that made my feet pretty for my anniversary was really nice. That customer service makes the whole experience so pleasant.
