Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI wouldn’t even go here again if it was my last option. Both ladies were very unprofessional. They care more about being money hungry than giving quality service. everything is an extra cost that normal comes with a service! I asked for dip manicure and she said she has solar no manicure. manicure service(soaking and cutting the cuticle everything that’s a manicure. would cost extra) After, I asked her to file them the first time she did a few nails properly then the rest she barely touched. Inconsistency. I had never left the shop my toes were drying and I realized my “square square” shape looked more like a square and a rectangle on the other end. I politely asked again and the lady Sophia even went as far as passing me the file and telling me to do it myself, saying she had already done it once and wouldn’t do them again. That would be “reshaping my nails and it would be an extra cost” if I wanted to do my nails myself I could’ve went to the beauty store across the street. I went to this place on numerous occasions, the last time I went, my husband and I got a Manicure and pedicure. The different treatments and massages they do during manicures and pedicures are fantastic and the prices are really good!
