La Bella Nail Spa

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJasmine! She is definitely my choice when I go in to have nails done. I had recently moved to the area and was searching for a new nail salon. I did visit several and was not all that excited about any of them. But one evening, very close to closing time, I happened to notice the La Bella salon and needed my nails done for an event I was attending the next day. I was sure that since it was so near closing time that I would be turned away. To my surprise, the girl sitting behind the desk said she would do them for me. That girl was Jasmine! She did a great job and I have been going back to her ever since. Yes, they are often busy and you may have to wait a bit, but the staff are always friendly and you will be happy that you waited.Services: Manicure, Gel manicuresJasmine! Jasmine! She is definitely my choice when I go in to have nails done. I had recently moved to the area and was searching for a new nail salon. I did visit several and was not all that excited about any of them. But one evening, very close to closing time, I happened to notice the La Bella salon and needed my nails done for an event I was attending the next day. Critical: Quality, ValueI went for a sns manicure and a pedicure. the pedicure was fine although it didn’t seem very clean. the manicure was terrible. i have never had a technician put acrylic over a sns so that was weird. she started doing a design on one of my fingers and i noticed the color i picked was not the color that was on my fingers. when i pointed it out she defended herself and she said she picked the right one. we found the color that i picked from the sample and it was a completely different shade. she didn’t offer to fix it until i asked if she could do something about it. then she started sighing and huffing when i asked her to fix it. she also sat her design brush on top of my phone. the design looked like a 2 year did it so i asked her to paint over it. my nails are completely uneven and look terrible. i paid 60 for the manicure and i am extremely unhappy. do not go here!Services: Manicure, PedicureI went for a sns manicure and a pedicure. the pedicure was fine although it didn’t seem very clean. the manicure was terrible. i have never had a technician put acrylic over a sns so that was weird. she started doing a design on one of my …More

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDrove 30 minutes to this salon because I’ve had great experiences in the past. I was told it would be $65 for my pedicure, $60 for my daughter’s nails, $85 for my nails. I got angular tips that were extremely uneven. Which is whatever, people aren’t going to be staring at my hands and nails are temporary. Plus, I had already been there for 2 hours.My issue is when I got to the front to pay, I was told I had to pay $233 (the extra $1 was for credit card usage). I’m unsure what the extra $22 was for. I had my daughter with me, there were people waiting, and it was my birthday therefore, I did not want to engage in confrontation. Which I’m sure I would have been told “prices vary” and been brushed off. 3 people provided services for me and my daughter so I wanted to tip each individual based on services provided. I tip 21%. I tried doing the math on my phone (with my new nails, it had been awhile) and the girl got frustrated with me. She apparently did not like the tip amounts I wrote down for each person. She took the pen and my receipt and wrote down the tips she thought were appropriate for each person. I was shocked.I feel cheated and completely disrespected. Keep my money.
