I’ve gone to this salon for both my haircuts. I rarely get it done because most get it wrong or I just feel so sad afterwards because I love my hair. Here, she cuts it while having a good length conversation and afterwards gives you tips how to style. It just makes the whole experience not so hard and easier to manage afterwards. Very clean and punctual!!

So, on my first visit I got a balayage long layers and curtain bangs. for the most part I liked my cut, so I recently came back for the same thing. And she chopped off WAY more than I asked. like she took off literally 5 inches of my hair. Regrettably, I am too shy to call it out in the moment but I don’t understand why she cut all this hair when I communicated clearly that I wanted long layers and just a trim off the bottom. I was crying all day but thankfully my hair will grow back, and I won’t be returning. Go somewhere else!!!

Alicia did such an amazing job on my Keratin Treatment for my hair. She goes into detail describing the products she uses. My hair is naturally puffy and frizzy but with the treatment my hair looks for slick and smooth and doesn’t frizz up with the summer’s humidity.

I went in for a balayage for a blonder tone . I was too lazy to drive all the way to Round Lake to get my hair done (where I usually go) and I regret it! They bleached my hair for more than an hour and a half. They didn’t dye my hair the way I wanted. Even after showing them the picture 4 + times. Now my hair is all fried and looks ORANGE! Not even blonde. I believe the lady that did my hair was Lupe. I will not be returning!!!

They have 10 plus years experience cutting hair, they do great hair color and are up to date on the most modern hair styles and techniques. They place is new and has modern decorations and always kept clean. The stylists are always happy and have great personalities. Did i mention they have coffee station too!

A lot of stylists are afraid to cut hair short to not upset clients so I usually leave not happy my hair is too long. Alicia worked with me and understood what I meant and I love how it turned out and finally have it short enough :). They are very friendly and warm atmosphere.
