Mandy has always taken the best care of me so this review is not a reflection on her at all. Seriously if you have any waxing/facial needs she is your girl. That said I have never had a professional interaction with any other employees at this “spa”. They are ALWAYS rude and every single time I show up for an appointment with Mandy they blatantly ignore me, literally look me in the eye and talk about me to each other like I’m not there. At the very least, acknowledge that I’m there and say “be with you in a minute” instead of letting me stand in the waiting room for literally 10 minutes before I say something. I’ve had other employees from here try to reschedule my services last minute also. Mandy is the only one I’ve found that is actually able to provide a *SPA* like experience. I hope the other’s poor behavior never reflects badly on her.

Had a pedicure done there this weekend. Very cosy atmosphere. Everything looked clean and neat. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly and did a fantastic job from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back soon! Can’t wait to try other services they have to offer.
