Came in today and asked for bangs and a trim for my daughter who was excited to get a back to school haircut…. I asked the lady if she could wash her hair first and I was told yes but she just wet her hair and added shampoo and no conditioner. It was more like a rinse and go type of wash. Then we moved on to the haircut… She did not ask what shape of the bang but she did ask how short and we said eyebrow length bangs. This lady ended up giving her baby bangs (mid forehead). the lady does not know how to cut bangs and did not take pride in her work or even tell me that she does not have experience with bangs before starting. She charged me $45. My daughter is 9 and she even noticed how fast and sloppy this lady was working. After we left my daughter told me she could feel the ladies nails in her scalp during the wash and that she kept pulling her hair hard during the blow drying. Never bringing her here again. Now I have to find creative ideas to fix her bangs…. Lesson learned not coming here again.

I went this weekend to get a pretty standard haircut – straight across bangs and a trim. The stylist who did my hair was very short/snippy with me. I think her name is Tracey? She was not precise, she just brushed my hair forward and cut it straight across.. which is strange because no one has ever cut my hair like that before. The whole haircut probably took 10 minutes or less, it seemed like she was in a big rush. She kept combing over my face hard and when it was time to get the little hairs off my face she just rubbed my face roughly with what I think was a balled up tee shirt. Didn’t offer a wash or a style. It seemed like she was trying to get me out of her hair (no pun intended) as soon as possible. I’m not really happy with the way my hair came out, it’s choppy and uneven. I’ll probably go somewhere else to get it fixed. I don’t think I’ll go back to this salon unfortunately :/

We visited this salon 2 times, first was to braid my son’s hair and the second to cut it off after 4 years of growing it. We had Julia each time and she is very meticulous with her work. We called ahead of time to verify that they had availability and they did. The prices are good also.

I made an appointment with Becky for a haircut and some color. First of, she is a blast. I loved her personality and she immediately made me feel at home. I didn’t really know what I wanted and she helped me figure out something fun and was not in a rush at all until we decided on a look. The results are AMAZING. I got some blonde put in to blend my grey streaks, and she put two little “pops” of purple in. (My first fun color ever!) The whole process was great, I truly felt pampered and never uncomfortable with anything. As someone with social anxiety, this was HUGE. The price was great as well! I recommend this place, and Becky specifically to anyone who reads this review. (Although the other ladies I met were very sweet and one of them did an amazing red color on a client while I was there. I honestly don’t think you could go wrong with anyone.) Go check them out! Tori is great! I’ve only been a few times but I will always go back to her! We have the same hair type so I know I can always trust her to do it right! She had been doing hair for a long time and I can’t tell she still enjoys it, which means she always does her best. Not like some places that just want to get you in and out, and the next person in.
