I have been going to La Bella for years now for all kinds of services and I always leave satisfied. I have done Hair removal for my whole body with Nayara as well as micro pigmentation on my eyebrows. Nayara goes above and beyond to make my treatments as comfortable and painless as possible. I really wanted to love this place. The owner is a sweet heart but maybe this place wasn’t for me.. After consulting with other offices for the treatment I was receiving here, I was a little turned off. I was told to buy my own numbing cream for following treatment- which i found so odd. then I was told that a laser tx would be given at a discounted price since I was already in the middle of a treatment yet the price menu showed the exact same price I was getting as a “courtesy”. I would also have ask for sunscreen AFTER a session even though the treatment is extremely sensitive to sun, which turned me off as well especially since it is a cosmetic spa. Also after consulting with other offices, I realized the treatment I was getting wasn’t right- At my first visit I had to ask what I should expect, what I should avoid etc etc which should be thoroughly explained especially considering my first visit was a consultation. What set me off was the attitude I received when I had to cut my appointment short due to the pain I was experiencing. The procedure wasn’t easy and I felt like it was extremely inconsiderate. As someone who works in healthcare, I do have high expectations when it comes to the way one is treated especially during a procedure that is not comfortable. This is very disappointing since I did invest a good chunk of money to this and was extremely excited for the end result.

I went there quite a few times for laser hair removal. All I can say is that the owner Ms. Nayara is a great professional. The place is spotless clean and she will be waiting for you just on time for every appointment.

Nayara is an amazing esthetician and I can’t say enough how phenomenal her work is. From the minute I walk into her spa to the minute I leave I feel relaxed and calm. La Bella not only has a great calming energy and vibe but it is also so clean and is truly a one of a kind experience. I have personally tried close to everything they have to offer and can honestly say there is not one service they don’t nail to perfection.
