My husband bought me a massage from La Bella for my birthday in April cause he googled it and said it was the best spa. I just used it cause the spa is 40 minutes from my house and I didn’t want to drive that long both ways. When I got there for my 2 o’clock appointment the massage therapist didn’t take me for my massage till 2:20pm. It was a very relaxing massage I must admit and I wasn’t annoyed with the late start after she was done. The therapist showed me around the spa and what it had to offer since that was the first time I had gone there. It seems like it has some interesting options if you wanted to go with some friends they had lots of sitting areas to relax in between your appointments. It didn’t seem very updated. I drove home relaxed and stopped at DQ for a blizzard and the drive wasn’t so bad on the way back.

It’s my birthday, I schedule a special mani pedi and a deep tissue massage. Day before spa calls and says massager is sick. Ok I understand I book some other treatment. I get there and it all starts fine. Then lady doing my nails wastes 20 minutes looking for the color gel I want on my nails. I change color and she searches another ten for that color and comes up empty (a pink and a purple) then it takes an hour for her to remove my old color. I missed the timeframe for pedi and other treatments. I left very upset. They ruined my birthday spa day. I’m never going back! The picture is how my nails looked when I finally left

A bit old, but nice, it was our first time at this spa, it wasn’t really very clear about what the amenities that were included in our adventure pass and the seating for the salt room was very uncomfortable. The best part for me was the head and shoulder massage by the falls. I had a very attentive Gentleman that asked comfort questions so my massage experience was perfect, my Husband ended up with an older lady that did not ask any questions and applied no pressure, so his experience was very lacking.

Amazing place and people. I’ve referred people here for years, as I’ve been told nothing but amazing things from the people I’ve sent there. However this past week I was in the spa to pick something up, and mentioned my sinuses we’re driving me crazy. That started a chain reaction of being spoiled for the next 30 minutes. I was educated on essential oils that help (they did fyi) and even shown a salt room they have. I had no idea what that was, much less had I been in one, but let me tell you I will be back and just sitting in that room until the kick me out. I have always had issues with my allergies and sinuses, with few things offering relief. They suggested several things to help, and truly wanted to help not just make a sale. I highly recommend them to anyone, honest people who genuinely want you to feel great…isn’t that why you go to a spa in the first place?

Thank you La Bella for a wonderful day of beauty and relaxation. I purchased two of your spa packages for me and my daughter for her birthday. She and I were truly blessed by the experience. The staff was friendly and professional, the ambiance was complete zen, and the Salt and Light room was just what the doctor ordered. I would love to have one of those spaces in my home but its okay, I’ll just come back and enjoy the La Bella experience. Every area of this spa was a treat to the senses. Patricia and Lisa was our massage therapists and they were heaven sent, we will definitely be coming back. My daughter loved her birthday gift and thank you La Bella for giving me and my daughter an experence we’ll never forget.

This was by far one of the best days I’ve ever had! Almost an entire day of pampering including an amazing massage, pedicure and facial that included the salt and light room and sauna. The entire experience from the soothing music to the ambiance, furniture, wall decorations, everything was incredible. What a great birthday experience. I will be back very soon. I can’t say enough good things about La Bella Spa! If you want to be pampered to the extreme, you’ll get it there! My sister had their mani/pedi. This includes hand waxing, a hot neck collar, hot oil massage of arms, legs & feet. A hot stone massage on your legs. Warm mud wrap on your legs & hot water jet soak in the usual “tub.” All the while sitting in the relaxing massage chair! Then vaneta ushered us into another room where you get the actual Mani/Pedi! Sooo relaxing!
