I had to take a bit of time off from working to make my appointment time; having had botox before, I know it’s a relatively quick procedure but had buffered an hour (paperwork, payment, drive time, etc). I checked in and was asked to fill out paperwork on an iPad. After confirming that I was only there for Botox a few times with the many girls behind the counter, I noticed I was signing paperwork for fillers and other treatments of which I was not receiving. They said i had to fill out all forms. Strangely. I was called – but only to get a “before” photo taken (note: I didn’t get an “after” shot).

Trans women stay away – they will misgender you in person and in how they charge you as “male”- they continue to up-charge and will charge you for ‘full areas’ when you get partial or for ‘full area’ even for a touch up if you are already mostly hairless – just doesn’t feel right- even after I have complained they offer nothing as a solution – I regret going here for so long and allowing myself to be both misgendered and overcharged – stay away

I haven’t written a review in years but really felt the need to because of my appreciation to Nurse Stephanie. She has an attention to detail and literally a perfectionist at what she does. It’s about an hour to get there 2 hours total in the car but it’s worth it for me because she’s really so talented and better than anyone else I’ve been to and I have been getting injections for 5 years. She did my lips and chin and it really changed my entire face I feel so much more confident and beautiful and happy

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This place is AMAZING!! I have been coming here for years, and have gotten a couple of different services. I came here initially just for hair removal on my face. I then started getting other procedures done. I recommend anyone I know to come here. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the interior is super clean. The services are incredible. The prices are very affordable for the great quality they provide with each service done. I have seen firsthand the comparison of laser hair removal at other places, versus here, and I see the difference!

Their phone number comes up as a spam number so I didn’t answer because I’ve been a victim of fraud, she canceled my appointment and then refused to give me my appointment back and on top of it all she cussed me out in Armenian! I’ve never been so furious in my life! I don’t care how upset I was, I had this appointment booked 2 months ago and I never no showed them ever and I get a lot of services done and tip very well. She should have kept her composure and been respectful I mean I only drop over 2 bills at every visit but it’s cool, I’ll spend my money else where where the business isn’t disrespectful and unprofessional. THE CUSTOMER ISNT ALWAYS RIGHT BUT MIND YOUR MANNERS.

Really amazing prices and results for laser hair removal. I have compared different prices and asked around other facilities, and she can’t seem to compare price wise. I waited years to get laser hair removal because I thought it would be extremely expensive, I was shocked my first appointment at first because of the price, and afterwards because of the results I started to see when it started working. I’ve been to both locations And had the exact same experience both times- fast paced but careful and attentive staff, clean and beautiful facility, Kind of busy for scheduling but I have always been able to get in the day that I need to when I asked if they have cancellations, or they will offer me a cancellation. Seems like they are busy but usually able to Work you in. Also I know it doesn’t really matter but everyone who Works there is like really pretty lol.
