This place is so trifling. I paid a $50 deposit for a 10 AM appointment. I get there, the salon is closed, lights are off. I call incessantly, no response. I desperately go to instagram to find some artists employed by this salon, none of which answered. Around 10:40 AM, I realize that I’ve been scammed. Not to mention, they delete instagram comments that call them out, but don’t respond to DMs. Never again!

I hate to leave a bad review, but these people need to GET IT TOGETHER. I waited until my follow up microblading appointment to leave this review because I thought maybe the first time was a fluke. First, my actual eyebrows look great. But you get a minimal consultation, IF you can even call it that. So if you are not comfortable with freehand work I don’t reccomend. My BIGGEST problem with this place is the tardiness. Both times the eyebrow lady was OVER an hour late. Its simply unacceptable. Do better.

I went here for microblading last year and it was pretty much the most disappointing experience ever. I showed Donoma examples of what I wanted and explained details but she really didn’t seem interested in really discussing the look. She ended up dropping my brows a lot which have made my face look more aged. I thought the first experience was a fluke so I went back for the touch up but it was the same scenario. The tails of my eyebrows aren’t even, to where one is higher than the other. She was two hours late minimum to both appointments. She arrived in pajamas with animal hair all over and just generally unkempt. No apology, no consideration.. nothing. Overall super disappointed and I wish that this business would listen to the clients and make needed changes.

Fabiana is the best hairstylist in town! My hair makeover transformation was a huge success. I highly recommend Fabiana for services, she is very knowledgeable and talented. I enjoyed my ♀️”Me” time in this salon.

I booked with La Beautique for my wedding day. I had a large group and Donoma suggested 3 makeup and 3 hair artists would be enough for my group of 15 needing both services within a 4.5 hour window. I realize this is a lot of people and I called to confirm the week of that all the artists would be available. I was informed they were one hair artist short, which was not the end of the world. Day of we had a total of 4/6 artists show up, and Donoma was 45 minutes late, meaning she was only able to do my makeup and one other persons. My makeup turned out beautiful and I got so many compliments, which is why I am leaving 3 stars. My bridesmaids reviews of their makeup was mixed, but I would say pretty good for the time restraints we had. Our hair was beautiful and exactly what I asked for, unfortunately I did not get the hair artists name. As far as pricing, both my trial and day of prices were higher than expected, but I was in a rush and not willing to spend time investigating. Overall, I am happy with my hair and makeup. I’m note sure I would recommend to another bride as the timeline on your day of is a HUGE priority/ critical for smoothness and we were set back 1.5 hours due to tardiness and missing artists.

A while back I scheduled an appointment for my mother to get her eyebrows micro bladed. I fell in love with their work on Instagram. Unfortunately, I did not go my research and never looked at actual customer reviews. I put a deposit down and the day of the appointment we headed to SA. I took the day off to accompany her since the drive would be long. We arrived and got her checked in with Justin, the receptionist. He was nice, had us sign paperwork and then took my mother into the room and started applying the numbing cream on her eyebrows. My mother waited for the person who was going to do her brows for over two hours. We kept asking Justin where this person was and he kept making excuses saying she was on her way. Point is, she never came. I asked for him to refund me the deposit money but he again made up an excuse and said he couldn’t. I had him type of a letter saying that he would make sure the owner would refund me the money. After not receiving a refund, I called my bank and explained what had happened. Come to find out, they had made the deposit reoccurring. Meaning that if I had not caught it, I was going to keep getting the deposit charged on a monthly basis. Thankfully my bank refunded me my money and helped me get a new card.

Had an amazing experience here today and my appointment was at 3:00pm with Donoma! My eyebrows came out so beautiful and shaped! Donoma is so talented, sweet, and such a beautiful soul!!!! Thank you so much Donoma!!!!! This was my first time getting microblading done. Justin is such a sweetheart as well! Great customer service, I felt so comfortable here… my next mission is to get my makeup done here.

this is my honest review because I see a lot oh negative for this place. . I had combo brows done and my 8 week brow touch up. Listen, don’t expect your appointment to start on time. My first appt was at 1. I was on time. Donoma didn’t get there until 2:30. I did not leave until 5:30pm. My touch up , also didn’t get there until 2:25pm but i was done by 3:30 so that was cool. That’s the only knock on the place. lateness. The good is Donoma is very very good at what she does and she does beautiful work on any skin tone. She doesn’t rush, she measures, analyses , measures again just to make sure the shape of your brows is right. She takes her time with every mark/stroke of the machine. A true artist. Her work is EXCEPTIONAL. Is she the most personable or talkative ? No but she’s not there to be.She’s there to get you looking fly! If you want to know something just ask and she’ll tell you . Maybe that’s just her way. She was much better with my brow touch up. So yeah, bring a book, a sammy or something and chill. I am very pleased with my brows and highly recommend this salon and Donoma.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Owner showed up almost 2 hours late to my appointment. Wearing hair in a messy bun, a wrinkled t-shirt that was full of some sort of animal hair..? pajama pants and house shoes. Oh and a bag of food and a soda in hand.. I wanted my money back but they have a ridiculous refund policy. Now I know why! So beware before you book with them.
