I always try to give positive reviews, but this time I wish I could give this place a 0 star review. I made a spray tan appointment via Groupon last Wednesday for the following Tuesday. They charged my credit card as a ‘holding fee’ after already buying the Groupon and the website said they would email to confirm my appointment. No email or phone call came. I called everyday for the next 6 days to confirm, but it always went to a personal voicemail box that was full. I showed up to the appointment time and the door was locked but the “Open” sign was lit. I rang the Ring doorbell and knocked on the door multiple times, and even went to the Jet’s pizza next door who’s GM said the owner hasn’t been in all week. Needless to say, I’m beyond frustrated and frantically calling other businesses so I can look beautiful for my wedding on Friday. I sure wish Laila could’ve been more helpful. Luckily, another business saved my wedding day luck with vastly more professionalism.

If I could leave 0 I would!! I bought a session on groupon and it said to make an appointment before you buy which I did. I drove over a 1/2 an hour to nobody there and the place closed and every phone number I call says the mailbox is full!!!! Horrible!!!
