I was a new client and was very excited since 6 of my coworkers go to this salon but once I washed my hair I was in tears. The color completely came out and I went back in for it to be fixed but this time I instantly left in tears. Completely different from what I wanted and it was the roughest experience I’ve ever had. The owner was suppose to reach out to me but never did. Definitely the worst hair salon experience I’ve had. My coworkers will be finding a new salon because of my experience here.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Had to cancel my New Years Eve plans because I look ridiculous. A trim after highlighting turned into near- micro bangs that are cut too deeply into the sides (plus much more off the length than was necessary). I’ll be hiding as much as possible for the next few weeks until I can grow out enough to have it fixed.

She did an AMAZING job with my hairstyle and is an all-around great person! If you’re feeling like getting your hair cut super short, book an appointment with Tempe! I can’t recommend her enough!
