The massage room looked like it was thrown together with 0 effort, no decor, and miscellaneous items from a random garage sale. Also, the sheets on the massage bed had holes in them! Lastly, the lady doing my massage oiled up my leg at the last minute and then asked if I wanted to extend the session thinking that I would allow her to continue just because she had only started one leg!

I booked a 60 minute massage same day on the phone.. I had a long day at work and I’ve been very stressed lately so I was happy about that. The massage was decent not the best I’ve ever had but during the massage I was thinking I need to come back on a day when I have time for a longer session and am a little more relaxed. The atmosphere was blah the bed wasn’t warmed, there was no aroma in the room and there was no music playing at all so I could hear the other employees talking and the toilet flushing a couple times. When the massage was over I went to the desk the lady who did my massage was standing near the counter on my side so as I stood there the guy made some polite convo about the weekend for a second and I was waiting for someone to say something like how was it.. would you like to rebook ..you know like normal end of service things but nothing.. as I started looking for tip money (I kinda forgot how much it was which was my bad) the lady behind the counter finally sticks out her hand so I handed the lady who did my massage the cash in my hand ( which I admit wasn’t enough) so I could hand the other lady my card and she laughs then she says how do you feel I’m like good so she laughs again and looks at the lady behind the counter.. as the lady behind the counter sits the receipt up for me to sign when I look down I see the total and before I could say oh I need to give you more money the lady behind the counter says if you feel good can you give her more tip and they both point to this sign about minimum tip amounts so I said oh sure and gave her more. The lady who gave me my massage was literally looking in my wallet the whole time I was paying which felt weird especially when the tip more stuff started.. before the payment I was thinking of rebooking for a longer session with the same lady but idk that after service experience combined with the lack of ambiance is making me think twice

I’ve had a lot of massages but my has and and I agreed that this was BY FAR the best massages we’ve ever gotten. The staff was very professional and courteous. We both asked for hard pressure and we really got it! Every knot and spot of tension was completely gone afterward.

The masseuse during my last massage was amazing! You never know if the pressure will be too hard or too light or they will focus on one area only. However, she was very focused on the tense muscles and helped break them free. Highly recommend!

My first time to L&Z, the place and rooms are very clean. The massage itself was great, matter of fact I feel asleep a couple of times. I’ve always had back problems and after the massage my back felt great. in addition, if you go their 5 times, your first 30 minutes are free on the sixth massage. Not a bad deal. So the 5 stars are for the massage, cleanest and 30 minutes free on your sixth massage. I will be back for sure.

My husband and I just did a couples massage and it was absolutely incredible, the very best massage I’ve ever had. I have been to other local chains and have left very content, but today I left deliriously relaxed, basically me in puddle form. Don’t hesitate to try it out. The prices are excellent too.
