Went in for a fill and this is what I got. Bumps on my thumb, uneven middle finger and my ring finger isn’t even painted fully. I paid $49! Way over priced for a simple design on a fill. Plus my thumbs nails came loose already and I got the fill less then a week ago. My appointment was at 2 and I was out by 2:30. I felt so rushed. Usually I spend about at least a hour getting a fill. I’m not impressed and will not be returning unfortunately

The pedicure wasn’t anything special. The tech barely filed my feet. The manicure was when it all went wrong. Everything was so unclean. No new clean and sterile files, clippers, etc. The cuticle soak was with cold water and no soap, my cuticles were barely cut, the tech started to file my natural nails with the mechanical filing device (ruining my nail), there was no washing of my nails with a brush after filing, the tech went straight to polishing. The tech barely spoke English and it was hard to request the French/American gel polish. Went with a complete gel color, but I had to wait. They kicked me out of my seat and I believe the owner had to finish my nails in another seat only to be interrupted 20x for him to take calls and note reservations. Also his sarcasm is very belittling. I made simple requests or moved my hands and he seemed to make fun of me and laughed it off. I honestly would have walked out long ago, long before the two hours. But unfortunately, I was in a wedding the next day and couldn’t make a reservation elsewhere.

Kim is the best! However her husband is the owner and a complete jerk. There always running late and have horrible attitudes. I had an appointment at 4:15 I got there on time and asked how long it would be , her husband snapped at me and said god she’s in the bathroom and yelled at me… my friends don’t go there anymore because of him. Do not give this business your time or money. You should be treated with respect…

I had gotten a manicure last week Monday. The experience was great I absolutely loved the tech she was amazing! But a week later my nails were turning a gross yellowish brown. Keep in mind I do not smoke or anything. I wanted them to fix it and the tech I spoke with was very rude to me. I decided to go elsewhere to get nails fixed as I didn’t want them turning brown a week later again. Not the best products but the techs do great!

I absolutely love this nail salon! Everyone there is so friendly, and my nails turned out beautiful! She listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy. THIS is the place to go if you want pretty nails! I definitely recommend this salon!
