This is the absolute worst salon. First, it’s filthy, second the woman that did my nails and pedicure was completely rude .. she did nothing is asked of her. I went home and thought about my experience there and the money I paid for this horrible work she did, so I went back to either get my money back or have them fix my “lee press on” nails she did. They look horrible. the woman was videotaping my conversation with the owner and the owner yelled at me and told me to get out . And insulted me over and over again, my friends and family will NEVER use their horrible service again. Remember , THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I strongly recommend

I️ made a reservation for 2 spa pedicures. We had to wait about 10 minutes for one of us to get the pedicure. My spa pedicure only lasted 20 minutes. They rushed since people were coming in. The “massage” was a rub. My nails were not completely painted, missing several parts of the nail. Afterwards my friend finally got theirs, which also lasted only 20 minutes, again no massaging as promised.

my nails are falling off after a week!! i paid $50 for my nails when i usually pay $45 and to get one fixed and the color changed it was $25!! $75 dollars for nails that keep falling off!!

Very dissatisfied with the service. Three of us went in for traditional manicures and pedicures. While waiting for my pedicure, I sat for almost 15 minutes without water in the foot bath. When I asked for water to be put in it, she told me to wait. Then when they did put water in it, I only soaked for 5 minutes. They barely scrubbed my feet or massaged them. Also, the manicure was the same without much of a massage on my hands or upper arms. No top coat was used and the polish lasted only 3 days! The price was $150 for the 3 of us. I paid too much for an experience that was not enjoyable. I will not go back!

I have been coming here for the past year every 2 weeks I am here like clock work. Nikki and Nina are wonderfully nice ladies who know who I am and what I get. They are so fast but they do the best quality acrylic with gel French I have have had! My nails don’t chip or break here and my polish always lasts, even when I have to push it to 3weeks! First the technician refused to remove all the nail polish from my prior manicure, then clipped me with nail clippers and broke my nails. Then when I was told to go to the dryers I looked at my fingers and there were bubbles everywhere. The technician gave me attitude about getting the bubbles out so what I believe to be the owner came over and said she would fix it started scratching my nails with a nail block and scratched my nails up put a coat of gloss topcoat on put me under the dryers you could see where she had actually remove the nail polish from my finger nails and you could see all of the scratches underneath the gloss. I asked her to discount my service because it was unsatisfactory. I had an event to go to and I needed my nails to look beautiful. Now I’m ashamed to even let anyone see them there’s nail polish all over my fingers it looks like a child did my nails. And to top it off when I was addressing it with the owner she turned around and involved all the customers that were in the salon which I think was unprofessional and rude and embarrassing you should never treat a person like she treated me she was nasty right from the gecko and unpleasant to deal with. Place was filthy I had never been in a salon like that in my life I will never return to them. And I suggest that you avoid going to the salon if you want to enjoy your service then I would suggest you find another salon other than LVNails Downingtown pa

I have been having my nails done by Nikki& Nina for about 1 1/2 YRS now, they always do a really good job& are Very through, I get acrylics with gel polish & I think I only had one broken nail & they also do wonderful pedicures, in which I need & lastly their prices are Very reasonable!!!!
