I walked to this nail salon at 9am in the morning in 30 degree weather cold. Google says they open at 9am, even the front door sign says they open at 9am… I walked 15 minutes here in the freezing cold just for them to be closed and have an additional sign on the SIDE that says they’re not open until 10am… so messed up and such an inconvenience!

Terrible establishment. Please don’t waste your time or money. They have you wait for a long time (upwards of an hour) even if you have an appointment. There’s only two workers and they are very rude. They tell you to “come back” when it’s less crowded and when you do, they’ll still tell you “they don’t have the time.” It’s not worth it at all. Please take your time and money somewhere it’ll be appreciated.

So I live in the area I called around noon to ask if the hours listed were correct and if they take visa the man told me they closed at 6. I arrived around 5:15 the door was locked the man approached the door say where’s your mask . I went to my car got a mask returned he was very rude ambushing me at the door yelling can I help you. I said yes I’m here to get my nails done mani and pedi then he turns and says we’ll there’s a long wait so I said I’m fine with that and proceeded to sit down. I have never been to his establishment before I didn’t like the vibe I didn’t like how he spoke to me after sitting for a few minutes and noticing there were only two ppl working I left. I will not spend my money with anyone who is rude and nasty .. self care is so important to me he lost a potential client all because he was nasty however I did go to city line to omi spa and nail salon they were a bit pricey but the best experience ever.. kindness goes a long way..

My nails are FABULOUS! FABULOUS I SAID! I have been to nail salons in Philly and this one was right up the block from me. The woman who did my French pedi was so patient and took her time on my feet (which were DOGGED OUT FROM WORK) and the gentleman who did my French overlay made sure everything was meticulously done! They have a new regular customer! They almost caught me with the eyebrows but…. I’ll be back!
