I walk in with my 6year old daugter, I get asked by Amy (The owner) what im getting done and i tell her we’re getting pedicures and told her if my daughter can get only nail clipping, massage and a clear coat, she gets upset and says “clear only no good you can not see it, we not doing it no” I dont know what i was thinking i honestly thought she was being sarcastic ! but i went to sit down and i told my daughter to sit on the chair next to me . They start on my toenails and everything is fine .. I ask the lady who’s going to do my daughters and the lady asks Amy about my daughter. Amy in an angry loud voice starts talking in her language and i heard the words Clear , No No . And waved her hand like for her to stop talking . The rest of the employees looked at me with an apologetic looking face . I knew they were not the problem. Then Amy gets up and tells me with such an ugly attitude they’re not doing clear because you cant see it. I told her she cannot chose a color for me and that my daughter cannot use any other dolor due to her strict religious school she goes to. (I shouldnt have to give her an explanation) my toenails were cut very crooked and theyre bulky! I am not mad at the lady though. I am more upset at the attitude and the disrespect . Also mad at myself for allowing someone im giving my service to to yell and disrespect me. I will not be going there again ! And it hurts me since ive been going there since i was 16 i am now 27 . Back then Any was an employee and ended up buying the place around 6 years ago she is now the Owner .. very disappointed in her and her actions and management !

I’m so sorry that today I chose to get my nails done and you happen to be my tech I’m not sure if you were having a bad day or if you just didn’t like me the coldness if your attitude said I have gone to L&T nails several times and I have proof! they have always done a great job but today I can’t believe how cold he was towards me the. So I had been going there and two of my nails broke w/I 2 days they repaired no problem then next day 2 more fell off. When I went back the last in front told me if they were to break again they would be unable to serve me any longer..I did enjoy going there the work is quality.. she was super rough repairing..I will not go back. Came here to try and get a simple acrylic soak off. My nails had grown out and I just wanted to have them soak off so my nails can breathe for a couple of days. NOT RIPPED OFF. That hurts a lot and leaves my nails extremely damaged. They for some reason did not want to do a soak off instead wanted rip them off with another nail. I said please not do them rip them off I want a soak off and of course I will pay to have them SOAKED OFF. They said soaking them off would still damage them. Which is not true. If done properly it keeps the natural nail less damaged and is ALOT LESS painful then having them RIPPED OFF. They told me No they would not do a soak off. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN (keep in mind it wasn’t foreign nails, they did the set about a month ago yet couldn’t simply soak them off?) the lady in the front is so rude like girl? What is the reason I would’ve paid 25-30 to have them soaked off like ????
