I am a regular, my sisters, close friends and I have been coming here for almost three years and they treat us as if we were relatives. They have us laughing and enjoying ourselves after a long day at work, it makes the environment a lot soothing! My nails always look great and the massages they do are so relaxing! I really like this place, but will have to look for a new nail salon. They are never on time, it says they open at 11 am on Sundays but are never ever there at 11, they start strolling in around 11:15 or 11:20. This is extremely rude, if you can’t be there by 11, change your hours to 12. Sundays are super busy and they scheduled 3 techs. Time to move on to a place that puts their customers first.

Worst experience ever. I came there early and literally waited for like 30 min. Not enough nail technicians and not only that the lady in the front she is rude. She gets mad because we ask how much certain things are and then she wants to rush you and then she taps on your hand because your hand doesn’t go a certain way when putting polish on your nails. She is rude. So rude that she needs a man in her life because she look upset all the time. Highly not recommended at all. Don’t bother even going there. Rude rude rude!

I went there hoping to have a good experience but instead it was a really bad one! I had a picture of the design I wanted and I told her I wanted something similar to that color and she just told me I dont know choose a color and I ask her if she could help with the color and she just repeated no you choose a color, minutes later I found a color and told her but when she was taking off the old color she kept hurting my fingers. Now my fingers are really sensitive, the nails look all ugly you can still see the previous color underneath and they feel like they’re going to break real quick! So I’m gonna have to go fix them somewhere else tomorrow! Dont waste your time and money here!

I had a pedicure and it was amazing despite the fact that I waited an hour before I was attended too. The lady really took her time with the pedicure hence the reason for such long wait time they don’t rush to get you out and I could appreciate that.
