My nail tech became aggressive and temperamental when I asked her to file a nail down a bit more … I just moved here, brand new to the area and I even expressed that to both employees working that day. Was initially very excited to get a fresh set of acrylics and treat myself, things quickly went downhill after she asked me what shape. I said squoval, to which she gave me a very undesirable and confused look … I slightly panicked because I didn’t want to anger this woman anymore than I already did by saying squoval hahaha

I have been coming to L T Nails since 2016. I’m not a regular. However, I have been to other nail places in the area over the years and I have never loved how my nails look as much as I do after coming here! Anne and Dean have always done a great job and I always walk out happy. Today I got a cat eye design on my nails and I was fascinated by the process to make the design and Dean explained how it worked. I always recommend making an appointment so you know that they can spend the time that they need on your nails!

I came in three weeks ago with a poor set of acrylics, looking for someone to help with a fill. Dean was able to get me an appointment that very same day, and even called me when there was sooner availability (much appreciated!!) Anne helped with my fill, but ended up having to replace the majority of my set due to water damage from the previous shop I was going to. And boy I’m GLAD she did! Her fill lasted me three weeks with NO issue! I came in for another fill today and she absolutely nailed it! I love my nails and look forward to my next fill with Anne. Highly recommend!
