L T Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo the first time I came to LT, Tina had me in and out writhing 25 min. Loved the nails loved the colors. She did amazing! This second time I wasn’t pleased. I said I wouldn’t write a review but I am still displeased with my nails Long story short the man who works there was very rude. I told him in wanted the nails I had on taken off and I wanted a whole new set. He then proceeded to tell me he was just going to do a fill. I told him to do what I wanted or he can send someone else over. After this the entire experience went down hill. He would snack his teeth at everything he did or everything I corrected him on. I just feel that if I’m paying for the nails I should get what I want. It took 3 different techs to get my nail color and design right. Tina finally attempted to save my experience but it was to late. I was sobbing in the chair because it was there for 3 hrs trying yo get my nails correct. Here we are not even 2 weeks later and I have dips in my acrylic and one nail snapped straight across the middle because the acrylic was shaved down so thin. So the first time I came to LT, Tina had me in and out writhing 25 min. Loved the nails loved the colors. She did amazing! This second time I wasn’t pleased. I said I wouldn’t write a review but I am still displeased with my nails Long story short the man who works there was very rude.
