Worst experience I’ve ever had. I gave this lady instructions and she decided to do her own thing on my hair. I had to have my whole head dyed again. She got water all over me, conditioner in my eye and in my ear. She is very distracted. She’ll watch TV and talk on the phone rather than to do her job and attend to the customer. Very poor service, save your money and time !!!
