This place is absolutely horrible! I payed $120 for a “Deluxe Pedicure” that was average, and a full set of stiletto acrilic gel nails that are now peeling. The thumbs also have air pockets in them that make the nail look uneven. I got these done yesterday. I am completely dissatisfied, and will not be returning.

They were really busy, but as soon as I stepped foot in the salon, I was greeted and politely given instructions to wait. The wait wasn’t long at all for my pedicure, but it took some time to get started on my pricey fill in. I lovedddd my nails, but not enough to spend 4 hours there. I paid the extra for a “quality” pedicure that was none other than average. As I waited (patiently, I might add), I watched several other ladies finish up their manicures and then pay. However, my nail tech insisted that I paid BEFORE he added paint to my nails.

On the door, they claimed that a manicure is $25 (I got coffin cut so add $5) and that a pedicure is $28, which would be $58. My final price was $70 which was ridiculous. One of the men got snippy with me when I wanted my nails shorter. Also, I don’t think they cleaned the tub when they did the pedicure because I saw some nasty crud floating in the water. My nails look decent but not for what I paid. They’re lumpy, the top coat doesn’t cover the whole nail, and the sides aren’t painted all the way. My toe nails were cut tooo short. Overalll not satisfied and won’t be back.

i have never had my nails done by someone so rude .. i came in politely asking for a specific design i had a picture of. Kevin, the one doing my nails got obviously upset, claiming it would take too long. i had the time but apparently he didn’t have the patience. he cut me several times and made it seem that it was my fault. i told him about 3 times that i did not want long nails but they were an inch higher than the tip of my finger. thankfully i have the specific nail-clippers you need to cut acrylics at home, so i had to cut them down myself. my friend came with me, he did her nails also. he was nicer to her but still had an attitude for whatever reason.

I wasn’t even greeted upon arriving. I was not in a hurry so I looked through the polishes. Then sat and waited 20 minutes. 2 ladies walk in and they are immediately greeted, ok not a big deal I was on my phone when I came in but at this point I wasn’t anymore. They look through the polishes and are asked if they had chosen their color and told to sit at the desk to be serviced. I’m sitting there in shock. I’d been there 30 minutes by then waiting and no one even asked what I wanted done or anything. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place, but this is my last time going there. I love my nails and always spend good money on them and I tip well. They lost a good customer because I will not be returning.

Would not recommend..nor will I return. Had an appointment..showed up on time..sat with my feet in water for 50 minutes. Then..the guy was done with my pedicure and manicure in less than 20. My pedicure consisted of a nail file and polish..my manicure the same..along with polish all over my skin. Did not get what was advertised or what I paid for. Had to go to another salon the next day.

This place is a disgrace! I spent $100 for a full set of color changing nails and a pedicure and had the worst service of my life! He never pushed back my cuticles, all the nails he glued on fell off because he didn’t have me wash my hands after he buffed them for maybe a minute, it was the most painful and rushed leg rub I ever had and I didn’t receive half of the services I was told I would get. So I went back in today to ask them to fix them since its only been 6 days and I need them filled AGAIN and they just argued with me that my nails looked great. I will never go back and I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst place I’ve ever been and I’ve been getting my nails done for over ten years. So unless you like overpriced, rude, and effortless work then by all means this is the place for you! Haha

My first and last time here! I waited for 3 hours Saturday (they weren’t even taking customers in order). This was my first time having dip polish removed, they let my nails soak too long causing pain, bleeding and rawness around my nails! AND within 3 days my dip manicure looks like it was done 2 weeks ago! Don’t waste your time or money here. I know I won’t.

I’ve been to Rose’s one other time before last night and still had a great experience then. Last night I decided last minute to take my daughter and myself to have a mani/pedi and a full set of nails for me. I was a little scared that it was only an hour and a half before they closed, but they accepted both of us in with a warm smile. Phillip, (who by the way, is the ABSOLUTE BEST with kids!) took the best care of my daughter. She is so happy and proud that she could not stop showing off her nails to anyone who will listen. My nail tech (who sadly I never caught her name) was the best I’ve had in years! She was so thorough, so precise. And just an absolute joy to work with. Thank you Rose’s for making my precious little girl so happy! And this single mom’s birthday a great one! I’d recommend them to anyone.
