They were so kind & understanding! They were also extremely patient with me as i had changed my mind on the design a few times. My nails look amazing & i am absolutely in love. If you are going to get your nails done in Fort O, go here!! i certainly will come back. The first picture is the reference picture, the second picture is what my nails look like. very pleased!!

First if all Rosa did a fantastic job on my pedicure. If i was just rating by that experience it would be 5stars. But after my horrible manicure by the man that is one of the owners i will never be back. !!i spent 85$ for manicure and pedicure. with gel polish and different colors for the 4th of July and a pedicure . And on the manicure all i recieved was a polish change. Also i went back by there today because the polish started chipping off the next dat on my fingers. And within a week all my real nails have broke off to the quick not because i have thin nails nor was it the polish or the fact that i did something to make then like that. He tried to tell me that is what happened but that is NOT the case. Because i do not have thin nails and previous manicures from other places have stayed on for week (gel) and never chipped or broke off. !!!He claimed i did something to them that made my nails do that but i did not. The previous manicure had been on my hard real nails for weeks. When he used the grinder on my nails he did it wrong. !!!!because it was burning!!!!as he did it!!!!now i have no nails or polish because he ruined them with the grinder! Just an FYI for the owner. You didnt just lose 1customer you lost many as many of my family members came there because of Rosas great work. !! So anyone planning to go there do not let him grind your nails!! Huge disappointment! Before i came to you a week ago and now. !show the pictures and let everyone come to their own conclusion. Previous hard nails to thin ones!and the total price was for manicure and. Pedicure!the 4th colors is what u did

I had a great experience at L&N Nails yesterday 10/8/22. They really wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were up front with the pricing. They weren’t trying to up sell me (like I felt at other places). Everyone was smiling and happy, and the place was clean. I felt safe there. I got a great gel pedicure/manicure and left happy.
