I came to get my feet done @ 6pm and the person I came with had a nail repair on 3 nails. The repairs were rushed and halfa** done. She asked for 1 little heart on one of her nails (which were unevenly filed and it was very obvious that they were) and he said he couldn’t do 1 simple little heart. I asked if I could get my feet done because they had turned the lady around who had walked in after us. This was around 6:15p maybe. After asking about the color I wanted for my pedicure the older guy w/ the arm tattoos kept asking and trying to convince me to just get a “color change” after I told them from the start that the service I wanted was a pedicure. I told them we weren’t paying for the service that she got unless they fixed the nail and added the heart like she asked and he got mad and called me out of my name and walked off. Didn’t even fix the heart on her finger. DONT RECCOMEND. We should most definitely support our own people because they are not going to rush and they’re going to give you the service that you’re paying for. At the end of the day it’s business…dont matter if your tired it’s something you sign up for when you decide to open a business.

My daughter’s and I go here occasionally to get our nails done. I have been visiting this nail shop for about 7 year’s and I can say that it’s not what it used to be. There are only 2 nail techs in there who we like to do our nails and they are always busy when we go. One change I don’t like is they charge you to cut your nails down in length not after the set has been done but beforethe acrylicis even appliedto your full set, they have different shapes in which the prices are different which I’m fine with, however, they don’t tell you until you ask is there a difference in price. I miss the days of knowing what your paying for upfront before the service is performed without having to ask constantly for prices.

Came in to get my eyebrows waxed and wasn’t acknowledged. I asked (out loud), “Do you guys to brows?” Someone responded yes and I sat down and waited for 15minutes with no given timeframe for the service. Eventually, I just got up and left. That was really tacky and would have never happened up north. Everyone claims it’s so friendly here and southern hospitality blah blah blah.

It’s ok, if I lived here I wouldn’t come back… I had a “new” guy, basically he was rough as heck and didn’t want to do design on my nails…. he was slow and took too long for a fill.. Pedicure was lacking and overpriced for what I received. I wouldn’t recommend this place for an out of towner, they did treat regular customers well. Served them wine…. didn’t even offer me water…

Sam is the best. Just love him. He listens to what you want and ask for, he doesn’t rush through your service just to get to the next one. I do my own hair, my own lashes and brows, so my nails are my treat to myself. I like how he takes his time and does a wonderful job with both nails and feet. He’s super nice, sweet and friendly. At first he was on the shy side, but as I kept going to him, he opened up and talks with me. Sam is definitely my guy!!
