They yelled at me because the pedicure girl messed up my 3 nails and I told her to fix it She just polished on top and it wasn’t even at all I told her it’ll peel and she just said no. Went in for almond acrylics. My nail tech refused to shape them appropriately. Each nail is a different shape and length. In her attempts to “fix” it she just kept filing it shorter and shorter until there’s nothing left to fix. When I showed her the inconsistencies she told me to file it myself, then charged me what I believe was more than the usual price. When I left the shop and saw how truly awful the nails were in natural light, I walked back in and asked if another tech could fix the shape. She refused, then told me she was the only one who could fix it. She swiped the nail file around a few more times then thought she was funny by asking if she could take a picture of my nails to show other clients. Not sure why she refused to do my nails well and why she refused to admit that she doesn’t have an technical skill. Incredible waste of time and money.

This place is horrible. I made an appointment to go for me and my mother and the nail tech that did my nails previous times, I wanted her to do my nails again. They told me to come back even though I made an appointment. I feel like that made no sense only because I had a 1:30 appointment and it was very unprofessional to put other people before me because I had an appointment. So I left & I told my mother I was never going back and plus they had attitudes stating they were so booked even though I had an appointment so it’s crazy. Go there at your own risk.

I had my nails done yesterday and today see my nails going off and that was my first time,I will never go there again never spend alot of money on my nails and seeing it the next day that way broke my heart,The coating started peeling off the following day I did my nails it doesn’t worth the price I paid,I don’t recommend this place for your nails if you want a good nails that will last long
