Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAfter receiving an absolutely underwhelming massage, from an admittedly unattractive looking woman, I was pushed very heavily to give a tip. After the masseuse got the money, she said “this is not enough” and continued to scold me about how people pay double what I paid as a tip. The room smelled like rubbing alcohol was sprayed on top of every surface, rather than being actually clean. But the absolute kicker is that across the street from this place is a massage parlor you actually wanna go to. After receiving an absolutely underwhelming massage, from an admittedly unattractive looking woman, I was pushed very heavily to give a tip. After the masseuse got the money, she said “this is not enough” and continued to scold me about how people pay double what I paid as a tip. Upon completion of the massage, I got trapped in the room until I paid her and she demanded a tip from me. Hovering over me and trying to get my wallet to make me give her my money faster. She called me cheap and demanded a tip. First off, tip is based on customer service. And she did not have one. I would not go again. If I could rate this no stars I would, they asked me nicely on the phone to bring cash. Which I had no problem doing. On top of them fighting the whole time, the woman kept leaving the room to argue with someone else. Not all staff wore masks and an employee was walking around coughing excessively with no mask. Did I mention they tried to put me in a room with 4 other people to get a massage!
