Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my nails did 12/18/21 Saturday by 12/20/21 Monday 3 of my nails were cracking and the paint was chipping . I got up early and waited before opening to get this issue resolved asap . They were about 20in it’s late as usual . When I finally got in the chair a guy other than the one who did my nails threw some acrylic on my nails didn’t even attempt to make them look like the other nails and didn’t even cover my natural nails fully .When I said something about it they became petty and made me wait behind everyone who had came after me . Love this salon!! I have been a costumer since it first opened by Lon. I’ve been to others over time not satisfied with the results of the others. Very friendly relaxing atmosphere. I love the way my nails look after every visit. I have had pedicures done, since I have diabetes they are extra careful with my feet.

I’ve been coming here off and on. Never really had a problem. However, during the last few times I have been here, the staff is not friendly at all. To be honest it seems like they look over certain customers and they treat certain people better than other’s. For instance tonight I witnessed this one customer waiting for over an hour. The guy that does nails, he started to do his friend nails before this one customer that had been waiting longer than his friend. Also while the lady was doing my nails, he took one of the nail dryer fans from her and she was not finished with me. First of all, he didn’t even ask if she was finished. But clearly he could see she was not. He just didn’t care because he was working on his friend’s nails.

Slow to get in, lady kept getting distracted with her cell while working on my child’s feet. I waited awhile and pedicure was ok, had to leave before nails got done. Not impressed for my 1st visit.
