Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHad a very unpleasant experience. I wanted an express pedicure and chose a gel duo polish, she then came to me to tell me that my express pedicure did not come with polish. So I put the duo nail polish aside to pick out a regular polish. I read their menu and it specifices that it does come with polish, so I go ahead and tell her that it does come in polish and she then turns around and starts taking in her language. She then performs and while she is doing my toes, she hurts me, not once but twice. Never had an experience like this in a nail shop. Had a very unpleasant experience. I wanted an express pedicure and chose a gel duo polish, she then came to me to tell me that my express pedicure did not come with polish. So I put the duo nail polish aside to pick out a regular polish. I read their menu and it specifices that it does come with polish, so I go ahead and tell her that it does come in polish and she then turns around and starts taking in her language. Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going here since they opened and they usually do a great job on my nails, the service however is horrible. They are very rude if you ever ask them to fix something. The first time I had a bad experience was when I went in one day after to get my nails fixed, as the nail polish started cracking the day after I went in. The owner was rude and although my nails were originally dip she just quickly put one coating of gel on top ( a completely different shade) and then told me it was fixed. I let her know that I did not get Gel and she said, “it’s fixed you can go”. So I left it at that. After paying $60 for dip I now had two different colors on my nails and she didn’t even bother to make sure the polish covered my entire nail. I decided to go back because they normally do a good job and I figured it was just one bad day. Yesterday I went in to do dip and everything was going okay until I asked the nail tech if she could fix the shape of my nails because they weren’t almond shaped at all which is what I asked for. You could tell she got annoyed as soon I said something so she started to square them, I let her know that I did not want them squared and she then THREW THE NAIL FILE AT ME AND TOLD ME TO SHAPE THEM MYSELF HOW I WANTED THEM. THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL!! I was so upset because I didn’t understand why she was upset, I wasn’t being rude I was just asking her to fix the shape. I asked her why she was annoyed and she ignored me. At that point I just asked her to charge me for what she had done and she told me it was $50. $50 was my total originally so I asked her why she was charging me full price for a service she did not complete. The owner asked me if she wanted me to have her fix them but at this point I was too upset about how she treated me. She said she could just remove them which I was fine with. The pictures show what my nails looked like when I left. I’m not upset about the money or the shaping of the nails, I am upset about the way she treated me. I work in retail/ customer service and I understand someone getting a little annoyed when the customer is being rude but I asked nicely and I never raised my voice.They have horrible attitude and I never thought they would go as far as throwing a nail file at someone and asking the customer to do it themselves. I have recommended so many people to this place and I am so upset at the way they treat people.
