Critical: QualityI went in for a pedicure and acrylic removal. Me and my boyfriend got our pedicures first and I was pressured into getting gel. Then the pedicures were both 50 each…not worth the service. I then wanted my acrylics removed and instead of soaking them off she proceeded to shove my nails off and scrape them with an old display nail and charged me 30 dollars. I went in for a pedicure and acrylic removal. Me and my boyfriend got our pedicures first and I was pressured into getting gel. Then the pedicures were both 50 each…not worth the service. I then wanted my acrylics removed and instead of soaking them off she proceeded to shove my nails off and scrape them with an old display nail and charged me 30 dollars. Critical: QualityWent in for a gel manicure on December 22nd was taken right away and out the door within 30 minutes so plus there. First time ever going here as a last minute decision since it was convenient for my lunch breakMy “soaking” for the manicure I paid for lasted 30 seconds if that- the cuticles we’re not cleaned up nicely I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she was able to match the colors but the gel application was done horrible- bubbled up sharp and not smooth in some areas also at one spot she had to fix the design and poorly wiped the color off I had red left on the white nail. Definitely was not sealed properly because within less than a week they started peeling at the cuticles and edges. Now 10 days later my gel manicure has completely peeled off with no effort (most peeled off while washing my hair !) Critical: QualityI had called ahead of time because I was going with my friend, my bfs sister, and my mom. At first they had tried rushing us through the process of choosing our nail color, and then after they had sat two of us down for pedicures they didn’t ask if the water was too hot or too cold. My mom had specifically asked to get hers done first and painted cause she knew hers would take longer. They only put the acrylics on and did a horrible job. They were uneven and some were longer then other. Half way through my moms a girl walked in and she asked to get her nails done and she said she could wait until he was done, but then he rushed through my moms, and then sat her down in freezing cold water. Then after them asking her about a hundred times if she wanted gel, they finally understood that she didn’t want gel.
