Didn’t ask for it as well that even explain what they putting in my hair. I feel like I overpaid for something I don’t even like as well as it was my wedding so they overcharged me I went from light to dark I went in for a touchup got a whole completely different color the price is ridiculous they charge you off of product they use on your hair versus they should do a consultation and inform you what you’re getting yourself into before after they use the hair products I’ll never paid 531 dollars for my hair, untill now and that I didn’t like. I didn’t wanna make it fuss because it was my wedding Didn’t ask for it as well that even explain what they putting in my hair. the next day and just didn’t have the time to sit more hours on something shouldn’t been done the first place. I would never come back to this place as well as we refer this business.I did ask couple of times how much will it be to them and before I made an appointment not once did they inform me it was more than 500 she told me less. Never again hair style Lexy wouldn’t recommend.

I have been to many stylists before finding my forever stylist with Lexy and they never delivered on the color quite like she can. Not to mention she works super fast! Recieved the most amazing service from Belle! She was supporting, kind and patient with me since this was my first time ever coloring my hair. She made me feel so special since it was my birthday weekend. I loved the experience and will definitely be back. 100% recommend her as a stylist and appericate her hard work. She took me in last minute after a confusion with my appointment but gave me all her attention. She was very friendly and overall an amazing person to have this experience with.

I called weeks ago for a color because my roots were showing and the previous salon give me the wrong color. I contacted the salon requesting an appointment with Curley but she wasn’t available the days I had off and the days I was off she was as well. So, I asked the receptionist is she had someone who is good with color to fix mine. She replied yes and he was available the days I took PTO. I confirmed with her what I had and what I want. She said yes. Got there the day of my appointment, sat on the chair and the guy ask what I was going to do. I explained and he said; I have you for a “glow”. I asked him to clarify what is a “glow” other word for a touch up. I told him that I need to fix my hair to the color usually wear and he replied that will take time and he just have me for a “touch up”. I went to tell him that I confirmed my service and the receptionist agreed and he shows me his board telling me; “that’s what I have you for, and doing what you ask that’s going to take time and i had other appointments”. I told him, if I wanted a touch up I can do it myself for less money. So, he walks away and talked to the receptionist came back and confirmed he had me for a touch up so I walked out. On my way to the reception as he caught up with me by the shampoo area and told me that he has move some stuff around in order for him to provided services. I reminded him he had an appointment with me and he had the time book to provide service but he didn’t want to do what I requested. He kept saying I move stuff around to assist you and I replied “me too, I took a PTO to spend some time at the salon and to do a touch up I can do that myself. I was on my way to reception and he stated; if you wish not to have service I have your CC on file and we are going to charge you. I went back to the chair, he put the product and leave it for 45 mn for the roots, nothing else. Came to check on me once. The worse part I had to paid the salon $150 for a touch up, rude attitude and a service that I not requested. Feels like he was doing me a favor, instead of me paying for services that did not meet the expectations, standards and decency of the establishment and my persona. I have done couple services at the salon and have other stylists done my hair before, but the snooty attitude of the stylist it was not worst $150.

VERY overpriced. My daughter was very unhappy because she did not received the color she wanted. She was told that she needed more sessions in oder to get a Overall platinum blonde. Her hair is already Blond, so I don’t think she needs several sessions for that. Anyways, She ended up paying over $200 for Highlights she did not wanted. She was very disappointed!
