This place is usually very good with eyebrow waxing as well as regular mani-pedis. Today was my only bad experience because one of the men who work there completely butchered my brows which ticked me off. It wasn’t even bad like they were just too thin, I mean they were bad where one eyebrow is longer than the other and there is a big patch on my eyebrow.

I cannot tell you how many times I have passed by this salon and didn’t notice it was an active salon because there is little advertisement/marketing on the outside … but don’t judge a book by its cover. The salon is clean and spacious and the vibe is relaxing. I have gone three times now and each time I was very happy with my service. I was on a hunt for a “go-to” salon and I found it. Stop by and give them a try!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAfter having an appointment for powder gel manicure at 2:45. They set me to soak and left me for over 35 minutes while the employee decided to go and give someone else a pedicure. This caused a two hour powder gel manicure and caused me to be late for my 430 appointment. I paid my bill and decided not to tip. The owner decides to run after me into the parking lot to scream and yell to never come back. After having an appointment for powder gel manicure at 2:45. They set me to soak and left me for over 35 minutes while the employee decided to go and give someone else a pedicure. This caused a two hour powder gel manicure and caused me to be late for my 430 appointment. I paid my bill and decided not to tip. Great salon! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The salon is really clean and has a lot of colors to chose from. Honestly will be returning simply because how nice everyone is and I love that they are up to date with everything.
