Yes, I make the commute from Baltimore to Phoenixville, because Luz is WORTH IT. Luz is very meticulous with her work. She makes sure that her clients not only feel comfortable, but leave happy. She won’t let them get out of her chair unless they are just that. I appreciate that, since I have seen many hairstylists who don’t truly care about that. They care about money and business. Luz is the complete opposite.If I am not sure what I want to do with my hair, I will tell her to just do whatever she thinks will look good because I trust her to always make me look good. If I want something a little different, she’ll say ok. She never pushes me to do something I don’t want to do. She gives her two cents and takes mine into consideration as well.She is incredibly hard working and makes sure to put her clients’ needs before her own.
