So, I came here with a friend to get a pedicure and not only did the dude put the drying fan on my foot and completely mess up my big toe, his fixing it was horrible a literal toddler could have painted it better. Anyways he took off way too much of my cuticle around my big toes which led to both of my big toes becoming infected. This is extremely painful my toes are purple (I won’t post the gross pictures of my infected toes but I’ll show you the paint job ) you can see the smudges from him fixing the nail. Literally go anywhere else.

I had a man I believe his name was Theo do my nails when I could not make it to my regular salon. He did a phenomenal job!!! I ended up having to cancel my appointment at my regular salon again and I got the woman who I believe is one of the owners. She was on the phone the ENTIRE time she was doing my nails!!! I got to my next nail appt at my regular salon, she takes off my nails polish and acrylic and my nails (2 of them) are MOLDY!!! She must have put acrylic on my nails when they had moisture on them!!! Never going to her AGAIN!!! The man, YES… The woman, NO WAY!!!

My fiancé and I just moved to Brockport and although we weren’t too convinced with the reviews we gave it a shot. First impression was nice, smelled good, clean and quiet. He had a manicure and sat in for a pedicure with me. The gentleman that did mine took his time and was very gentle, (I hate when my pedicures are being rushed. It was really quite in there very relaxing. We will be going again. I enjoyed every second of it.

I’ve been going exclusively here for years. I had a problem with extra product and shape of nails. I returned three days after they’re closed on Sundays. I was humiliated in front of customers and the entire time ridiculed for reason i came in. I couldn’t wait till they were done so I could get away from everyone. Unfortunately I will not be returning

I made an appointment for 5:45 for a fill and waited almost 40 minutes to sit in a chair to have my nails done. When I did she rushed through my pink and white fill. After she did the acrylic, she tried to buff the top and send me on my way without any filing. I made her file the top and shape them and they still looked terrible so I told her not to put the gel polish on so I could go home and fix them myself and still got charged $35. Horrendous place and I will never go there EVER again.

Even if you make a reservation at LeNails, you are only prioritized if others have not arrived before you. Joe does a great job, but it’s tough to get in his rotation. The other folks that work there are very pleasant, but I never seem to get a good manicure or pedicure, just an okay one.
