UPDATES: I really appreciate the way they have listened to my gripes & concerns about soaking my gel polish before filing it down, and they have remembered to do this each time I come. I am so glad to be able to come to this salon. Nina and Kimmy were great the last time I went, which was on a Monday evening. I have had Nina a few times – she is so kind and very gentle. I would trust my mother with her! This salon is always busy, from what I can tell, and that is always a good sign. However, I can attest that sometimes due to how busy they are, there is a wait. Even for those with appointments, there is sometimes a wait. But that is OK with me. I know that the management truly cares about providing quality services for customers. So I definitely can say that – even though they are not perfect – they are worth my time and money! Everyone here has been very kind to me. I will absolutely keep coming back.

Me and my daughter came as walk-ins and got pedi/mani’s. My daughter wanted some nail art from Pinterest and was super excited with her results. I got a set with double design and the guy who did my nails was settling for nothing less than perfection, but also the fastest I’ve ever had my nails done. The girl who did my pedicure also did a quick a thorough job. Everyone was super nice and our techs did a great job we will be back.

I’ve used this salon a few times since moving to Jefferson. They are fantastic!! The best eyebrow wax I’ve EVER had. They listen to what I want and always knock it out of the park. I just moved here nearly 2 years ago and I was looking for a new nail salon. Me and my mom shop at the Kroger in this plaza all the time so when I saw there was a nail salon I got excited. I have come to this nail salon twice. One with my mom on my birthday, where I got gel nails. We did a walk and and they were more then happy to serve us. We were seated and the ladies came and started. It was freezing and so I was shaking the whole time. The lady who was doing my nails was a bit rough at times and it would hurt. It is very uncomfortable for me when people push back my cuticles and I kindly requested her not to do so, but she did it anyway! The lady who was doing my moms nails was a bit rough too. In the end the nails looked beautiful and stayed on for a while but it was way over priced.

My wife always goes here to get her nails done! They have the best staffing, are always polite and treat customers well! That’s just from me walking in and observing while waiting for my wife!! If there is ever anyone that says they don’t do a phenomenal job or have terrible customer service, they are sadly mistaking and probably have came in there with a mood themselves! Love this staff and love that my wife leaves happy every time!!!

Please don’t go there for a regular manicure. I specifically told the lady I was getting my engagement pictures done the next day in hopes she wouldn’t mess up my nails but she ended up cutting me and making me bleed. On my ring finger.

I don’t want to go into too much detail because honestly, I wouldn’t have enough space to add all that went wrong. All you need to know is my nails were so badly done- from the shape and none of my nails being the same length to bumpy acrylic on the nails and some spots on my nails missing acrylic- that I had to go to a different nail salon to get my nails completely redone! I’m not joking. I had to get my nails done AGAIN the same day that I got my nails at this salon because they were so atrocious. Do not come to this salon.
