Never get a pedicure done from KATHY. Really horrible nail work. She didn’t scrub the FOOT at all either. After asking her to do more, she said my foot is too dry and it won’t work. ‘EXCUSE ME’ …I come for a pedicure only because my feet get dry and I want it scrubbed. She rushed and finished it in 15min and made me sit to dry my nail for 30min. Absolute waste of money.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityLC Nails is an unprofessional business with employees who are rude and ignorant. Laura is especially bad as she cut me and caused me to bleed on 3 of my nails during my gel manicure with her cuticle tool (she was miles away from the nail to begin with), did not apologize or attempt to fix the issue and instead continued to hastily do my nails. The manager was not concerned with my bleeding either. The employees and management here are not courteous or even slightly bothered with doing a good job on nails. LC Nails is an unprofessional business with employees who are rude and ignorant. Laura is especially bad as she cut me and caused me to bleed on 3 of my nails during my gel manicure with her cuticle tool (she was miles away from the nail to begin with), did not apologize or attempt to fix the issue and instead continued to hastily do my nails. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for pedicure at 6 today. The Spanish lady with her hair pulled back into a pony did my feet. 1. She cut my toes uneven and cut a side of my soft baby toenail off. I didn’t ask for her to cut that, its how my baby toes grow. i said to cut them down. I noticed it when I got home . 2. She used a small pumice to scrub my dead skin and didn’t do much before telling me to put my feet back in. I went to feel my feet and saw she did nothing. I had to tell her to do it again, and get the dead skin off. My feet was dry and had dead cells. She got an attitude like I didn’t notice it.(huffed) She didn’t want to scrub! They didn’t have a steel dead skin remover. WHY? 3.I had to tell her again to buff my nails because; I had some white spots. And, she huffed again and said “Ay, Dios Mio” in Spanish as if I didn’t know what she said. I let it slide and was professional because; folks love spin it on BLACK WOMEN. At that point I made up mind to not give her a tip! I should not have to tell you how to do your job, and you catch an attitude about it. I don’t care if it’s close to closing and you wanna hurry out! Do your job correctly! I’m paying for a service, and I expect quality work! Not anyone’s attitude or laziness! And that is why she didn’t get a TIP! I have only been there a few times since they opened years ago. I gave it another chance because; it was closer to me than my regular place. I went in for pedicure at 6 today. The Spanish lady with her hair pulled back into a pony did my feet. 1. She cut my toes uneven and cut a side of my soft baby toenail off. I didn’t ask for her to cut that, its how my baby toes grow. i said to cut them down. I noticed it when I got home . 2.
