I have had the hardest time finding a nail salon that I personally love the work being new here. I could NOT be happier with the way my nails turn out EVERYTIME! I don’t think they’re rude at all. I think people misunderstand them and their way of communication because I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience there! Can’t wait to go tomorrow to get a new color of Mylar! They have endless options from gel, S&S to acrylic! Love love love!

It was just a way to treat myself. Was not the best I’ve had. Only got a pedicure. Felt that the language barrier might have hindered the experience. The chic I had would just yes me and nod….but then not do what I was asking. She cut a little to much off my skin..that bled a little..then got a small infection. Not all her fault that stuff can happen. With all the other nail places in town, I will not be go back.

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried them in 4 years. Each time, I’m disappointed. I love their color selection, but that’s it! The service is sub-standard and is expensive!! I was there one week ago today, I spent $85 on a fill & pedicure! Nothing crazy! As of today, I have 4 chipped nails!! FOUR!!!!!

Sadly, it was terrible. I am from out of town and went in for a nail repair. When I mentioned to the nail tech that the nail he was repairing didn’t match the shape and length of my other nails…….he said, “go back to Michigan if you want them to match”. I was disappointed and embarrassed with his outburst. The whole shop could hear him. I would have thought it was a given that my repaired nail would match my other nine.

Horrible service. Sat waiting for a half hour for no service, woman sitting across from me said she had been there for 45 minutes, we both left, I returned later only to be told no one was there who could do what I wanted (brows and lash extensions) will NEVER go back!
