Needed a pedicure in a rush. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to make t to my regular place on time. First off when I entered I was not treated very nicely. The man who asked what I wanted told me to go wash my hands, and nothing more. I didn’t know if I had to wait and for how long. When getting my pedicure the young lady who did it was more concerned about what pedicure I wanted. When I yold her a regular one, she seemed like she didn’t care anymore about my feet. The paint job looks horrible and in general I don’t like how my feet look. Won’t be going back there again. Picture is two days later.

Did a terrible job. After speaking up twice about what I wanted I just couldn’t handle the frustration. He cut my nails all different lengths then didn’t understand why I needed tips. My nails are thick, lumpy, uneven, poorly done over all. I don’t recommend at all.

I made an appointment for 4pm, tech started my pedicure at 4:20pm. When I chose to go with the regular pedicure, I feel like the tech was upset that I didn’t choose a more expensive pedicure treatment. It was rushed , there was no leg massage & only 1 coat of paint put on. After paying , I was in my car at 4:40pm.

Visited shop again as in the past and mentioned service desired. Suddenly I received bad eyeballing and questioned continuously by owner because I preferred no gel or acrylic on my natural nails or toes. Hesitant about sharing but I told owner I am going for surgery. Owner had no ideal, that I’m a nurse but went back and forth with me in front of customers saying, “ We can put acrylic or gel on your nails because the doctor can use your toe to put a oxygen device on for monitoring or your first finger.” Afterwards a young male staff told me $5 for the removal of their product they put on my nails and toes previous visit before this service. Staff speaking in their own language loudly and tension felt. I’ve never received manicure nails without soaking in water and hands placed in a ziplock bag filled with cuticle remover cream. Also observed staff hurrying on the service they provided. I got to the counter to pay my bill and after seeing the amount of money I had pulled out I was told $70. I asked why am I being overcharged. Told by owner $20 for a manicure and $15 to remove acrylic from nails and pedicure $30 and $5 to remove gel from toes. My manicure nails was lumpy, poorly shaped, and discoloration due to some product residue existing on nails and chipped nail color on toes. Please be careful where you keep spending your money and find places that care about providing good, fair, and comfortable service.

This place is horrible . If i could give it 0 stars I would. First off they’re rude and very nonchalant . I had 2 appointments for me and my mom at 5:30. We walked in together & were sat in the chair immediately however i was serviced but my mom wasn’t . 2 people came in after us and were serviced . We just left . Staff was rude. Go somewhere else . Much better nail salons elsewhere

Literally the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. I got an acrylic refill with a gel manicure and it is the worst I have ever gotten. My nails were all misshaped and the gel polish was bumpy. The nail tech also gave me the wrong color than the one I picked and when I told her she said the color would have looked right if my skin wasn’t “too dark.” Everything was dirty, there seemed to be no sanitation what so ever. I would never go back.

I’ve been contemplating for the last 10 days whether or not I wanted to write this. Usually if I don’t like a place I just won’t go back but my experience with this nail salon was terrible and even though I wasted 66 dollars (76 if you count the tip I still gave because I don’t know how to not tip- but usually give more for the services I received), maybe somebody else can save theirs.

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The last visit I went in because my daughter got a gel manicure , 3 days later there was a Grey film overtop of the nails as well as cracked nails . When I asked for her nails to be fixed since we were just there, The gentleman in the front proceeded to tell me the at her nails were not messed up that it was due to her cuticles. I had no complaints about her cuticles but for the nail polish as it seemed to be missing a coat. I believe he was filling in for the manager for the day because I’ve never seen him before. I completely disagreed with him . One of the employees fixed her nails but the gentleman continued to tell me her nails were not messed up to the point he was arguing with me . I am not a person who argues and he kept going on and on about how he would pay for her nails because they were not messed up. Very poor customer service and rude in-front of my 11 year old daughter. I Will never go back and I’m very disappointed that I was treated that way.
