Definitely a family business. Very sweet lady that I had. Got a manicure with clear polish only. Knocked off one star for the hand massage. It was great and seemed like it lasted a few minutes on my right hand. Then my left hand only got a massage for a few seconds. 🙁

Waited 3 hours. Finally left. I used to come here all the time but they have gone down hill. Only the owner there doing nails most of the time and he does not communicate wait times correctly at all. He told me one hour so I went to Beals for a while. Then he tells me 40 more minutes….in total his hour wait turned into three hours. I finally left without getting my nails done at all. It’s a shame because they were my favorite place to go for a while but I won’t go back again. My time is just as important as his.

Horrible service/Dirty . Arrived with two people getting sets and two employees doing nothing sitting at the nail tables. I was asked if I could wait a few minutes so I waited……. thirty minutes pass with no acknowledgement whatsoever from employees, I get up to leave and one employee yells “we are almost done” . I informed them that a “few” minutes was NOT 30 minutes and they could have bothered to at least update me. I took my business elsewhere and will not be back. In addition, while I waited I noticed lots of dirt and trash by their waiting area, nasty windows, and dust for days. It made me second guess how sanitary they were gonna be with my nails.

To start, no one the to wax eye brows. No biggie move on from that. Pedicure chair was small and I felt crunch and awkward, moving on this is meant to be relaxing. The guy finished my pedicure in 20 mins, maybe 25. I asked for design and no can’t be done, they suggest a line. Then mani I mention shellac and it not understood what I’m saying. Never mind this is fine. Nice and polite, even honored a expired gift card, however could use a bit of comfort all around that is the point.

I’m come here Saturday for pedicure and full set , the pedicure is Poor the lady she cut my nail to much and starting bleeding I have 4 days can’t used it my shoes only sandals, and the Full set extremely poor service cuz my nails is broken the next day….
